yes it is time to buy altcoins and i think buying altcoin now can increase our number of bitcoin.

I think for long term holders bitcoin is good best.

Yes there are some good exchanges available like Binance , Huobi , cobinhood and some others.

To get coins with fiat, it depends on your location.

More calm we are, more we can see and listen. So always keep patience.

As per RBI guidelines Bitcoin is not Ban in India , they are working on it make some regulations. They said that we cannot accept it as currency but trading is allowed. At the moment they ask banks to discontinue their service to buy and sell crypto but we can trade.

I was checking updates from Ethereum team and comes to know that there are many big things are planned for Ethereum in future. They are going to introduce sharding to increase TPS. They are thinking of plasma and cosmo. For me Ethereum looks solid as they are updating their blockchain regularly.

I hold in Bitcoins , ETH and some other Altcoins. It is always good to invest in 4-5 companies rather than single.

I am going to pick some top 20 Altcoins as many of them are in dip now.
