Re: Cryptsy NXT Withdraw - 23 days and still "being processed"

This post should be endlessly bumped. Along with every other post about Crypsy fraud.

They are gaming you to see if you give up, and let them keep the money.  There is no other explanation for an exchange to be doing this to so many people, for so many months in a row.

You have three options:

1) give up

2) contact the florida Better Business Bureau and join the many complainants trying to regain their funds

3) lurk on the cryptsy chat and politely but insistently harass any mod that shows up with your ticket number and request for resolution. That's how i finally got my funds back.

good luck man. and for anyone else, get your money the fuck outa cryptsy while you can.

Just got a note from Horus in the chat that he sent this to their "Head of Wallets"...fingers crossed.

Have you sent a support ticket? They usually respond quickly.

6 days. i am sure he did.

Should have been more accurate - first ticket was sent in 23 days ago.  So the withdraw occurred 25 days ago.  Second ticket was sent in a week later or so and they combined it with the first.  My last response from them was 15 days ago.

Never had an issue with cryptsy before - many withdraws, including NXT, since 2013 (even before the big update in Oct? of 2013).

Cryptsy NXT Withdraw - 23 days and still "being processed"

Ok guys (and gals) I need some help...

I withdrew a decent amount of NXT from Cryptsy to my wallet twenty-three days ago and still nothing.  Two support tickets have been sent in, and both responses are "they are performing general maintenance" and will be processing shortly.

Has anyone else had this issue?  I've had issues with waiting a day or two, but nothing like this. I'm starting to think they are holding withdraws and hoping people just forget about them.  In the last fifteen days: no updates, no responses to my e-mails...nothing.

Is there a Cryptsy contact on here I can report this to?  This crap is one huge reason why casual traders (me) are completely turned off by crypto-currency in general.

Mods:  If this is better on another sub-forum please move.

shitcoin mass production and scammers killed the goose that layed golden eggs.  Fuck be upon them.

Supernet, NXT, NEM are probably one of the few that will make it out alive.  The rest?  Down the shitter, don't even waste your BTC.

Two months ago I wouldn't have agreed, but I'm shocked at the rate of growth in the SuperNET community

Is there any plans on making a mac version of the poker program? i have to run it through crossover and its janky at best.

Yes, there is a plan to make a web client, in the meantime you can also use the web version located here:  http://secure.betcoinpoker.com/flash/

Is there any way to link into the main set of games with the web-version yet?  Whenever I logged on I was lucky if 3 players were at the tables.  A few weeks ago I stopped trying.

I'm dying to play some non-SWC online poker...

I think there is an opportunity here to market Stealthcoin to teenagers.  I don't have a particular angle in mind, but I have a feeling high school kids would think this is pretty "cool" if it was connected to a Snapchat/Kik/Poof etc.

It also sounds way more desirable to a teen than bitcoin.

Have you guys tried getting something going on twoplustwo.com? such as a thread or contacting them?  seals has a thread on there.

We contacted twoplustwo.com about an official forum in the beginning and they wanted a commitment of $3,000 per month and at the time we did not think it was a good use of advertising budget.  We have revisited discussion and are open to thoughts on whether this would be beneficial.  We do see some avid players interacting more and more and some people coming over to us.

As a long time user of 2+2 (since 2003 under a different alias)...I strongly suggest you reconsider, but not until you fix the flash version and come out of Beta.

Awesome!

Another question: how come you all don't merge the cash games with WPN as well and do the same conversion system when buying in and cashing out?

Excellent question.  Our goals is to keep it a bitcoin focused website with the dominant currency in bitcoin including bitcoin cash tables.  We will be working very hard through a variety of promotions and other options to increase our cash table play.  Tournament play is very straight forward because you are simply buying chips for the tournament in dollars but using btc.  The cash games present some different challenges.

We believe that we are still very early in bitcoin poker and that the market will become a lot bigger.  We always appreciate all thoughts, feedback and suggestions and thank you for this post.

NEW 7/4: Win Life Changing Money at www.BetcoinPoker.com - 150 BTC ($100, 000) GTD Tourney, Big 10 Daily and free rolls on demand all day.  Also, try our new Sportsbook at www.BetcoinSports.com.  You can login with your current poker/casino account and it features  INSTANT DEPOSITS and INSTANT WITHDRAWALS.

Are beta web players able to participate in these tourneys?

BetcoinPoker.com Web Version BETA - NO DOWNLOAD and BONUS to try!

We are excited to announce the BETA test program for the WEB VERSION of BetcoinPoker.com with NO DOWNLOAD which is also fully MAC compatible. We repeat this is the BETA VERSION, but from here improvements will come very fast. You can still download the client and play with the client as well.

We are entering beta with the web version and appreciate all feedback. Currently, we are aware of the following:

- $ sign which will be removed (the currency is still btc, therefore the $ means nothing)
- Omaha tables are not functional yet.
- Also casino and sports links not functional yet from the web version.
- You can play in all ring games, sng's and tournaments

Lastly, to create an account and deposit, if you do not already have one, you can login to BetcoinPoker.com and click wallet. You can deposit and withdraw from here and all deposits can be used at BetcoinSports.com and BetcoinCasino.com as well.  You can also login to the web version and hit "MyAccount" and deposit or withdraw.

To access the web version, please login at:

http://secure.betcoinpoker.com/flash

The first 100 people to email us at contact(a)betcoinpoker.com with the subject BETA BONUS, will receive a 5 credit beta test bonus to test the new web version. Players that Facebook and Tweet this offer will receive an extra surprise bonus, please include your username in the email. (This offer will expire at 11:59 EST on June 11, 2014)

Please email report@betcoinpoker.com with bugs, suggestions comments or feedback. We thank you all for your support, now get in there and win one of those 30 daily GTD tournaments and win your share of btc today!

Sincerely,

Betcoin Poker Team

Looks sweet, but a huge problem I'm having is that when I click on any of the buttons (playing from a mac laptop), particularly the create account button, nothing happens.

Would love to hear if another mac user is having the same problem.

EDIT:  It finally worked after pressing my mouse as hard as I could about 6/7 times in a row...could have just been a problem with my comp?

Thank you for the feedback and we received your email.  We are going to work through all the bugs as they come in and we appreciate your feedback.  We see that you have already created an account and received the bonus.  Our tournament schedule is very strong and we have a big announcement coming next week.  Remember your deposits work at www.BetcoinPoker.com, www.BetcoinCasino.com and www.BetcoinSports.com.  Thank you.

Awesome.  Just played a couple of hands and I will send another e-mail with a couple of more suggestions.

If Ryan M was Ryan G the whole time that would be a fantastic plot twist.

I can see it now: he created a public alter-ego to slander himself so then he can come out say, "whelp...it was almost done but how that I'm being persecuted I need to shut down operations"
I can confirm they are not the same person.

I can also confirm (having sighted Ryan M's official ID and proof of address), that they are not the same person.

I was kidding...

This may have been answered earlier in this thread that I've honestly only been paying half-attention to, but do we have proof of where Ryan G is from?  Is it definitely Florida, or was that just speculation?

cant believe this saga is still going on!!!  Come on guys just cause Ryan G pays a lill dividend here n there and sends out a few worthless usb miners does not make this any less of on utter rip off scam!!! You lot who got conned shld be on RyanGs case, hassle his family, his families business, local media, report him to the authorities etc... If you dont the cunt will think he can get away with this kind of behavior and do it all over again. In fact he prob already is!!!!

Please do not hassle his family, its not their fault that he is a scammer. Mention it to them, and tell them what he has done but get one person to do so. Not a mob of people harassing them.

This guy stole thousands and thousands of dollars.  There is no way this is legit at this point...if it were, there would have been SOMETHING (a screenshot, even).

I'm not a fan of harassing innocent people, but I would not blame anyone who lost money for doing whatever they felt was necessary.

I hope Milligan isnt only barking, deadline seems to be reached.

Please announce who Ryan G. is in this thread so we can dig more about this whole situation

If you think this is legit STILL then you deserve to be scammed.

My attorney + debt collection firm will be in touch with Ryan by Saturday. They found something interesting in his finances.

I wish I could be there to see the look on his face. Just to let you know Ryan (and I know which user you are in this thread) I'll call it off if I receive at least half what I'm due (10BTC) by Saturday morning, if not well then dont say I never gave you a chance.

lol is he in this thread? what a wacko
]

I honestly wouldn't be surprised - I think it would be great if you could actually take this guy down and make an example here.  Seriously, too much of this crap is ruining bitcoin.

It's also important to share the lesson that you shouldn't buy things until they come out.  These multi-million dollar self-evaluations people do are ridiculous.  I learned that lesson with Scharmbeck

Guys - any news on the web-based or Mac client launch?  Would love to play but I'm not going to buy another laptop to do it.

We are being informed by our programming team that this is set for release within 2 weeks, we are beta testing it and it is working well.  We will certainly keep you updated and thank you for your question.

Excellent!  Keep up the good work.  When Pokerstars was in it's heyday in the US it was doing over a million dollars a day in revenue in the US alone.  People outside of two states still can't play poker easily on a reliable site ...

First bitcoin online poker site to do the development right, advertise the shit out of it, make it easy to use, etc will make their founders insanely rich.

Back to my favorite guilty pleasure drama in bitcoin.

Can someone with shares answer this...

Did he really add 100,000 shares and THEN ask for a vote?  I remember from the Scharmbeck disaster that once shares are released the company can use those as votes until they are purchased.  Doesn't that basically give him half the votes even assuming he didn't buy some back in the first round?  If this is true that's pretty fucked up...

It was actually 200,000 shares (on top of the existing 200k). The vote was put up at 6.32pm GMT, the new shares were issued at 7.00pm

Right - looks like I misread it.  That makes more sense.
