Did crypto-trade found a way to exist legally or Bitfunder was just full of s* and never got a love letter from US?
Crypto-trade is in China/HK (so was Bitfunder). Guess what, same rule apply. It is absolutely pointless to list there unless thy can somehow prove why they can and bitfunder can not operate.

Ken, please drop this idea and do not send our shares to China. Bitfunders cluster-fuck was enough.

Trying to find a source that says Bitfunder was based out of China. Can you point me in the right direction?

We are in approval process on Crypto-Trade.

Cool beans, though some information regarding if your distributed exchange is going well would be nice too.

This is the Colored Coins thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=106373.0

Ken,

What's the protocol on Crypto-trade?  Register now?  Register later?

"There is no need to sign up for an account on Crypto-Trade as it will be created for you."

So with this 20% increase in hashing performance where does that put us for efficiency? 20% is simply amazing.

Edit:

Is this packable for sale as a software solution? How much would miners pay for a 20% increase in their performance? Maybe ASICMINER would want it, maybe Cointerra...maybe everyone.

Hey, Sammy, how are you enjoying our $7,000,000?

Having some caviar on a yacht somewhere?  How's Monaco this time of year?

Ha, "Sam" - wonder what his new name is. Anyone here ever buy counterfeit passports? Do you get to pick the name that goes on it?

Nice that you are keeping this table up to date 4justice

A couple of quick points-

1) Up to 5.5 months there is no extra '15Mill shares div effec' so the first 5.5 months will probably see the highest share prices that we ever will for ACtM. Once the 0.0025 has been paid out share price will obviously dip to reflect reduced divs.

2) You have kept the reinvest percentage at 50 - but it is likely to fall. Our costs are in FIAT so if BTC doubles we would only need 25% of mined BTC instead of 50% to keep the reinvest fund at the same level (in USD terms). So If BTC goes to 3k by end of February we would only need a third as much BTC to keep the reinvest fund on course. So the time to full 0.0025 div payout per share should be less than 5.5months as a result.

btw at what level of USD/BTC did Ken think 50% was the necessary reinvest percentage? BTC has almost doubled since then hasn't it (?) so perhaps the 50% figure is even now too high? At 50% we will be spending 1.577Mill USD in month 3 on the reinvest fund if BTC stays at 1k. If BTC is at 3k by then, that figure will be 4.731Mill USD.

Now this is a question we can ask Ken; is the dividend reinvestment dynamically pegged to USD, or will it remain 50%.

But the more we put in the more we get back. With BTC on the rise our second batch has the potential to be far greater than the first - if we do keep reinvestment at 50% we can continue the snow ball effect. I feel this might be a crucial time to carve out some territory of the network, and i don't think that can be accomplished with a timid reinvestment strategy.

.0025/share payed out in 5.5 months. If that's the case, you can bet the share price will be at least .01.

Does this take into account difficulty and the extra 15million shares dividends will be paid to after 0.0025 is received as dividends?

Seems very optimistic.

Are you saying that at this very moment he has no information on miners, no information from eAsic, and no information on the expected hashrate when we get up and running?

I'm not trying to be Ken's excuse man here, he doesn't seem willing or able to explain exactly why we've had the news blackout but he's a grown adult so hopefully he can explain that himself soon. But now that we know news is immanent I don't see much point in more speculation about the reasons for the lack of news.

But I would say it's possible there is no bad news in this upcoming news. It could all have gone swimmingly and to plan? Wishful thinking maybe.

This quote below says otherwise. Why would he edit his previous post that hinted at news coming soon unless news was definitely not coming soon. (If I'm not mistaken this is talking about an exchange or colored coin implementation and has nothing to do with mining)

Edit:  I see what you mean, big news to silence the troll(s).  Well what I was talking about is big news in the form of a software solution that will silence the trolls.
As Pankkake is now a blackmailer requesting BTC to not post.  Why would we not want him to post, because the only thing he post is FUD.

Here he dodged the question from you as he never specified what the announcement will cover. The updates next month could of been the pdf's he gave out on the 15th.

Ken, just wondering if you can help on this one - are VMC going to be giving 'updates' about when they get the first test chips or will the first news we hear be when mining rigs start getting shipped?

Just wondering if there will be a 'we are shipping' release out of the blue one day or we will hear 'updates' leading up to that release?

Also is VMC offering a shareholder price on rigs or do we need to pay retail price?

We will be releasing some updates this next month.

We would love to give our shareholder special prices on rigs and may in the future; however, in this very competitive environment margins are very tight.

The only time I see him stating something about any other announcement is from people who are saying they PM'd Ken and have this super information about an announcement and what it will cover. If that is the case, all Ken has to say is "Yes an announcement is coming soon and it will cover this." I have yet to see him verify any of these "PM"s people are having with him. Now I could be wrong, I would love to be proven wrong.

A New ATH a new round of questioning I suppose lol

All of this is just mental masturbation.

Those chips could also be Klondike, not necessarily the new eASICs.

Do you know what the estimated hashrate for the Klondikes was?

I might be naive, but wasn't it 307 GH/s?

"An order of Avalon chips from steamboat's batch #1, for 68 Klondike-16 boards, rated at 68*16*282 = 307 GH/s;"

Exactly. That leaves over 2.5TH unaccounted for from "additional resources", and i doubt they're from the Klondikes.

Pretty sure Ken already clarified that post from the Sept 19th was not when the timelines stated started.

He did, but people show up uninformed then start throwing out opinions.

Anyone knows about this platform?
Are those stocks official?

Why were they moved back?

Very few were bought - no point in being there if no one wanted to buy them on there.

They've been there for like a month. 600k was initially offered as an alternative to Bitfunder, but later the majority was moved back.

Its OK. Bar graphics is just letting us know what he is allowing us to discuss on the ACtM thread.

We are not allowed to talk about the Avalon refund, or how much it might be worth and what Ken might do with it/when he will convert it to USD.

Please in future everyone remember to check with Bargraphics before raising a topic to make sure it meets his approval.

Now maybe we can get back to the FUD.

I believe he's pointing out that there are places on Bitcointalk that are specifically for price speculation. I guess you could copy and paste that price chart in every thread on the site and argue its relevance.

So if the 1.4k BTC (or a portion) are still with us then when is the best time for Ken to convert to FIAT?

We could have got 800USD last night for them, 500 this afternoon or 700 now. Tomorrow or in a few days they could be back in the 3-400 range.

Any thoughts on this.

Or next week they may be worth $2,000 each.

pathetic post, Ken.  Your shareholders are begging for information regarding progression with the chips and all you have to say today is that the price of a bitcoin might go up.  you are so pro

I thought it had been made quite clear that Ken was making an announcement this week regarding progress and future plans.

I was under the impression that Ken making his "BIG announcement" this week was in fact, more speculation. No doubt that there will be one eventually, but what indicates it'll be this week?

Ken, please take a look at getting us listed here. I've been waiting for them to go live for a few weeks already.

https://www.btcinve.com/

These guys also run www.litecoininvest.com. The exchange looks and feels similar to how btct.co was set up. They are located outside of the US and they are operating legally within their own country. I don't think we'll have a issue with this new exchange getting shut down at anytime like btct.co and bitfunder did (US based). Neil should be able to help us get listed and start trading again.

Vilnius, Lithuania
neil@litecoininvest.com

Those are some very nice looking trading platforms.
