People in India don't have much money to dramatically influence the price of Bitcoin. Countries in Europe, in the other hand, have much more influence over the price of Bitcoin, because there are the investors with much higher purchasing power.

I think it's time for developers to expand their minds, and try to create something that complements Bitcoin, or that has a completely new structure, capable of doing things that cannot be done with Bitcoin, and maintaining the decentralized aspect of it.

Most altcoins in the market are a big disappointment, including those you mention. Bitcoin remains a great long term investment, but it really isn't a good time to buy if you're looking for a quick buck.

The problem with airdrops is that people can easily spam the distribution with fake addresses. However, there are a few exceptions. The Byteball airdrop, for exemple, is preventing that kind of thing by airdropping to BTC/Bytes holders.
