Np. Glad it's working. Bryce will be posting a white paper soon but the basic idea is that it's a protocol that sits on top of the Tao blockchain but also works with any other blockchain. It lets data be stored verifiably on any chain or I think multiple at the same time so businesses that want to store data on a blockchain can do it through IP and not put there eggs in one basket. So it makes it less risky and easier for businesses to start using blockchains instead of their own proprietary databases, which should encourage crypto adoption. That's my understanding from what he's said in the slack, which I think I can repeat.
Bryce will explain it better, but it sounds like it has a lot of potential.
I like the ideea of this project and i am agree with you that is may have a very big potential.

Since when TAO is being discussed by real folks. I thought 100% of accounts are shills trying to hype the value, expressing their admiration towards a piece of shit. Tao might be good for daily swings for those who look to make 30 dollars to pay their rent, but u cant seriously view it as a coin with potential. I can already imagine what whitepaper will look like.

Yeah, like you said, signature campaign is important, you would start the ico with campaign, that would definitely raise more money than current amount. Anyway, 500k usd is decent. What is your target to raise?

It's quite confidence shaking that the team 1. can't manage to work out a tiny bug with the countdown on their ico website or 2. don't care enough to bother.
You guys really aren't trying very hard to please your investors. You say you're satisfied with the amount you've raised. How can that be, only 7% of the target has been reached and the ico ends tomorrow?
Also it was stated that there would be announcements leading up to the end of the ico; what are you guys waiting for? The blog post yesterday was hardly an announcement, it was more an observation of the industry as a whole. Come on already. You guys have been around for a minute, you knew what to expect before launching this ico. If there was good news, why would you wait until the ico end to announce it?

How are traders not jumping all over this ico. Transparent and legit team working on project for several years, vc invested in first round giving $3 million valuation, John McAfee as advisor, low initial coin count. This is an investors wet dream. Looking forward to future developments and the equibit launch in a few months from now.
John McAfee is NOT an Advisor, he never was, there was a big "shirt storm" over that. Seems like the Equibit team manged to "sort it" but he is not advisor at all.
ICO looks to be a high valuation, puts many people off, people want low value / market cap coins so they can get bigger returns.
Also the team is very quiet here, so many questions are going unanswered. So hard to invest, unless you just like taking risks, like i do.

I truly don't understand how this coin makes any sense whatsoever. I can use popcorntime or any other site and there is no confusing cryptocurrency baked into the platform. Look at how easy it is to make your own torrent site; this project is incredibly overrated and overpriced. I bought into the ico (no brainer with the small marketcap) and dumped at 5x. Thanks for all the free btc suckas!!! If the devs weren't anonymous I may have considered holding longer but mark my word...in one month this project will be dead and buried.

Lol . ICO is so simple man. I can use bitshares, ethereum, or waves; this is no longer complicated to do, any 16 year old can do it. I don't see any point in building a streaming service with a crypto built in. Maybe if users could upload their own content, but nothing groundbreaking here. Why would I use purevidz vs. all other available options. I was using what.cd and oink way back in the day. No crypto needed.
