Countries like Canada already have PUBLIC exchanges like Netcoins, which means they are getting more and more integrated organically!

Hello, new user here, I've asked this many times in Reddit about this but I always have been getting people to sell me either Newton or Shakepay, however, I was more interested in one like Netcoins since it is public and doesn't have hidden fees on the spread, unlike Newton.

However, I want to know for sure so I'm asking here if Netcoins is really that good?
