After making a purchase you rate the user in the userratting channel by putting a check mark under their name. You can use the search function to find their name.

What happened to this coin? couldn't find on Polo or Bittrex? Its neither on coinmarketcap, is it abandoned by developer?
polo and bittrex trades not more Horizon.

About developer I don't know anything - I made a fork on github, to save the sources (as first step):

As next step - I start to develop, and admin a gateway to NXT blockchain - to have a Market for Horizon:

The gateway needs to be tested. After test I will inform you about details. ((gateway addresses, process, ...))
The gateway will be linked to the forked Horizon? Will the currency I just created be updated on there?

I installed Nxt (blockchain just downloaded...), Horizon, node - the versions see above.
I should test the gateway software also, and then ready for start... Be patient - it needs some time.
At this time the hardware has no UPS, but I plan to buy one. Udoo needs 12V - if you known a good 12V UPS, just post it...

Any idea yet which exchange(s) will be listing it now?
It is certainly an up-and-coming coin, the Galactic Milieu for example is making more and more use of it...

Exchange? It has a built in asset exchange... It needs only a gateway Asset to NXT AE and it is possible to buy/sell it. It isn't an impossible mission to write a robot
Maybe next week...I started to establish a market for Horizon on the NXT Asset Exchange. I started also to write a robot in node js as a gateway between the blockchains - be patient.
