We now reopen the faucet function to all the LTC chatbots. And there are other things been changed:

1. All BTC chatbots don't support faucet anymore.
2. The Caribbean Poker & 3 Card Poker were removed from LTC chatbots. These games with huge profit in one shot were abused by spam accounts.  We might add them back in the future.
3. BTC chatbots low down the withdrawal fee to 0.0003 BTC.
4. The withdrawal fee of LTC chatbots sets back to 0.05 LTC.
