А насчет команды- смотрите, чтобы члены команды были из сферы в которой и создается продукт, плюс смотрите на медийную составляющую (если есть в команде известные ,уважаемые люди- отлично, если нет, то смотрите, чтобы разработчики появлялись в СМИ , выставляли свои фото и тд)
