The Dinarcoin guy in the chatbox with his 100% premined idq coin that he sells is a SCAM and it makes a joke out of your site.

But you can mine it. For a small fee of course, lol.

Would it be possible to include a 'Manually send beacon' button, and 'verify cpu mining' button?

Otherwise we'll be waiting up to 3 days for a beacon to send, to which for those 3 days we might not be cpu mining.

That is not how it works.
If your machine is "cpumining" enabled and it needs to send beacons (last beacon is sent 72+hours)
it will send it out in the first couple of minutes(maybe hours)  no matter what.

communicating with boinc client. please wait...

exit boinc manager or cancel

why my boinc manager keeps closing? any help thanks

I think your AV/firewall is blocking it from accessing the internet.
Try to do an exception in your firewall for all  boinc exe files (C:\Program Files\BOINC)
There are few of them there.
If that don't helps, i would if i were you,  completely uninstall  AV and turned off the firewall just to see if that
solves the problem.

ATOMIC-TRADE is the best and they have shares that payout every 6 hours. The devs are great and the devs are proactive ever pushing the site to be better for the users.

Somebody correct me if i`m wrong but once your project id  enters the pool mining i don't know you can get out that easily.
For example i had a situation where clean windows install with new wallet new gridcoin.conf  (poolmining was not enabled)
but same projects(id) that were in poolmining before , resulted in me still been part of the pool.
So enter  listcpuminers  command in debug console, find  your address and see if it mentions pool somewhere.

I have a question.
Lets say GRC takes off to 10+$ .
What is stopping somebody from ,lets say malariacontrol institute to manipulate the credits for someone to
easily mine GRC?
Dont they have a power to just easily print money that way?
Good concern but it's solved through a couple of mechanisms-
1) Our leaderboard factor dynamically changes when someone starts racking up huge amounts of credits on one project.
A good example of this is when a project releases a Radeon boinc project; such as primegrid and milkyway.  Factor goes down, making it harder to earn grc.
2) The users will compete for the grc if they discover an easy project.
3) The new system coming out will make the 3rd party credit checking more robust (its working good already, but the new system is more efficient).

That was good to hear,thanks!

Hey guys i want to invest a lot in this coin.

1 question though.

Is the price right now on https://c-cex.com/index.html?p=grc-btc relevant to mining costs or is it just a random $ value right now?

If i buy the entire coins on this exchange will more miners bring down the cost?

I think price is gonna explode sooner or later, but no one has a crystal ball  .
It could take x weeks ,x months  or x years
Hold it longterm.
If i were you i would buy it now while its cheap(i mean its really cheap) and just forget about it ;
This coin has a potential as oppose to every other >random word

Found yet another exchange...

http://www.ecoinfund.com/vote

Seems like exchanges popping up like crazy lately. GRC is not on the list yet, but I emailed them and asked them to add it to the list of coins to vote for.

People don't be naive.
I could be opening exchange (some crappy website) and then steal all the coins and money.
This reminds me of forex bucketshops  and this is 1000 times more unregulated.
You think police is gonna do anything about some stolen cryptocoins ?

Also isn't it better for volume (buy sell orders) to be  concentrated at 1-3 most popular exchanges than to be spread out all over the place?
