Many people doubt the security of their data and funds against an anonymous centralized exchange. The "dev" was not active for almost a month now. Why are you still interested to list this coin? I hope your exchange will not be full of crap & scam coins later on. You should have at least a good list of criteria before accepting an altcoin in your exchange.
