Yesterday at block #1567140 the PoS SPHR network was snapshotted and swapped as an ERC20 token onto the Ubiq network utilizing the independent proof work algorithm Ubqhash.
All users upon reviewing their balances should see a ratio of 1:5.

My wallet pc is having problems and trying to get sphr moved to different pc. None available because it is tied up staking.
Also running old wallet, will this be a problem transferring?

Is your PC local? I would simply move over your wallet.dat, that would the most simply course of action.
If you need to send it over the blockchain, put staking=0 in your sphere.conf.
