They are not. I asked them on mail as well as sent a PM to them on bitcointalk many times now. Here on pm,they say to contact via mail and on mail they keep sending me mail asking for KYC for withdraw of 0.00346 BTC without giving any explanation and when i ask them to refund me back my initial deposit since i don't want to do KYC they don't reply. This is bad behaviour from sportsbet

No, If they can not honour my winnings and demand for KYC for withdrawing 0.00346 BTC then i don't want it. Least they can do is refund me back my initial deposit to the same address i sent it from. If they don't then clearly they scam me. I have no intention to do KYC because i respect my privacy.

I could also say that they allowed 0 confirmation deposits on purpose where some genuine users tx doesn't get confirmed they can lock the withdraw by saying 'double spending'. I wish they had 1 confirm requirement before crediting like other casinos. I will say it again it wasn't a double spend attempt. I don't even know how to double spend and mycellium doesn't allow to specifically mention the fees by editing. I selected 'priority' fee when sending and still they sent the tx with 0.01$ fee. And no i am not a multi accounter. They can check their system for that

I understand that's why i said i'll understand if my withdraw is not issued. What happened with me and my situation can also seems to be the situation of a cheater trying to cheat the system but i'll again say it wasn't intentional for me to send the btc with such low fees. I selected Priority feature when sending the tx. I don't know why mycelium sent it with 0.01$ fees. It was instantly credited to my account and i placed the bet. Meanwhile i kept trying pushing the tx with various services but it wasn't being accelerated. ViaPool didn't accepted the tx and said it has too low fee and by the time tx got confirmed my bet was won and graded. So i know it's my bad luck and i can understand it will look like a double spend attempt but it wasn't a multi account and i wasn't trying to cheat them.They can check their system. I am denying for KYC because i respect my privacy and wouldn't do it. They can refund me if they want my initial deposit and cancel the winning bet. That's the least they can do.

I wasn't trying to screw them with double spend with mere 0.002 BTC.It was mycellium bug that sent the tx with 0.01$ fees. Infact i was trying to accelerate the tx but no one was accepting it not even Viapool free tx accelerator because mycellium sent the btc with almost 0 fees. I kept trying different services and finally it was confirmed but it was late.My bet was already won.There is no way i can double spend that using mycellium.I don't even know how to double spent it. I can also say that Sportsbet should have 1 confirm requirement on deposit and placing bets but they don't so that they can pull KYC card or some other shit like user tried double spending.Why don't they have 1 confirmation requirement like other betting sites? They instantly credited my account.This is the unintentional situation that took place here.I wasn't trying to double spend.There can be cases where genuine deposit are confirmed post bet settlement.However,i can understand your views as well and won't mind if they don't allow me withdraw.It surely look like a double spend situation but it wasn't. Their support don't help but ask for KYC for processing 0.0034 BTC withdraw.I challenge them to check my account and prove it if it was linked to some other account or if i created a multi-account.I genuinely was a new user to their site.I think they blocked my withdraw because my deposit got confirmed after my bet settled.It's mycelium wallet error that it sent tx with 0.01$ fees and it took long to get confirmed.It wasn't intentional.I also say they should have 1 confirmation requirement on deposit and placing bet but they don't.I can do KYC but i respect my privacy and wouldn't do it for 0.0034 BTC.Just wanted to write here to let the Sportsbet support know sometimes genuine people lose their money on their site because they play KYC card on them and for what 0.0034 BTC?

I reached the support and asked the same thing and all they reply is their automatic email asking for KYC documents.   and yes i am upset,it may be small amount but it was hard earned money.I tried Sportsbet.io by depositing 0.002 BTC in the hope that even if i lose my BET i will get 3x bonus free bet as per their promotion and what a nice welcome they did to me by disabling withdraw and asking for KYC  

LOL Seriously multi accounting by depositing 0.002 BTC? That's just stupid to do that. I registered for the first time. They can check my IP and ran a search on that if it belongs to any other account. You don't call it a SCAM but they are pulling this KYC card on people and i know many don't do KYC because they respect their privacy. End result? SportsBet.io gets to keep their money   Why not have a fucking KYC and 1 confirmation requirement on deposit itself? Guess, can't scam people then  

Sportsbet.io is a SCAM. They selectively scam people.I made a deposit of 0.002 BTC using mycellium wallet and this mycellium wallet sent the btc with 0.01$ fees and i was in a hurry i did not notice this but my sportsbet.io account was instantly credited without any confirmation.(they intentionally don't have 1 confirmation requirement on deposit and crediting so that they can later mention that user tried to double spend if by mistake a low fee tx is sent and is not confirmed).
I placed the bet and won it still my deposit wasn't confirmed. Meanwhile i was trying every bitcoin tx accelerator to push the tx but it didn't worked but after my bet settled my deposit tx got confirmed. I tried to withdraw 0.0034 BTC and was told 'Withdraw denied. contact support'. I contact the support and they said to submit KYC. Seriously? KYC for withdrawing 0.0034 BTC ? I'm glad i did not made a big deposit in this site. Now they have disabled withdrawls in my account and demand KYC. I'm not stupid to do KYC if i was doing sports betting and for what 0.0034 BTC?
