I will help do escrow since this is for JaredKaragen I will wave my $20  minimum fee.
I will charge only whatever coinbase charges be to send it to the seller.

JaredKaragen and I go back for years.

I sold him this board in 2018

 Cool

I believe this is the correct assembly manual for the frame.    https://spotswoodcomputercases.com/wp/?page_id=9152

This Spotswood kit is really helpful for 4U builds, but the screws and parts are tiny (frustrating at first): https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1731197.0

Your first "Spotswood" build will leave you cursing, the second will be much easier.  If you are of my age, you will need those reader glasses to handle the tiny screws.  But his designs are elegant in some ways.

I had one client that assembled over 100 of those brackets.  Shocked  Much respect to that man. Grin

Can someone explain the purpose of these versus just placing the motherboard on top of the anti-static bag that the motherboard comes in?

One thing  he could have done    is drill a few 1.5 to 2  inch holes under space where the  cpu socket is.

Yes, an area underneath the CPU socket could be cut out, for a slight upcharge.  Cool

how many can fit in the flat rate box?

5?

Actually a Medium flat rate box can hold about 65.  But, because of the weight, I would recommend only shipping about 30-40 per box.

But where the fan is attached ?
Fan? Where do you want to attach a fan?   Huh

DPS2000BB PSU not working without good air flow. If you want all 2000W , you need a fan next to him.

The bracket attaches to the case via the two 80mm case fans. Two more 60/80mm fans could be bolted to the beam along the bottom of the bracket.   Cool

I updated the bracket so now its ~15-20mm further above the motherboard (as high as space allows) and mounted closer to the side of the case.  I will me fabricating a few of these over the weekend.

You never found a solution to the Front fans with only 2 front (on the L4000 model) to hold the Power buttons + closing / holding the front fans for all of the 3 fans?
Yes, I have a solution for that case.  You just need to add a set of "fan tabs" to your order, which are used to attach the third fan to the bracket.

Open air frame is working great. Rich is great to deal with so don't hesitate to buy. Currently, have 4 - 1080tis on it temp is around 54c with 3 - AC Infinity AXIAL 1238, Muffin Fan, 115V 120V AC 120mm x 38mm fans on the backside of vdcards.

Got pics?
