I think there was another scam I found somewhere, where you could give your wallet a unique display icon, but it asked for your identifier.

I found that site too, forgot what it was called. I saw it on a banner ad and thought 'Oh, this could be interesting'. Went on and asked for your identifier. A bit suspicious, as a user doesn't usually see another user's wallet identifier. Pretty sure it's not legit though.
How much are you willing to pay for the keys? Are you talking about steam game keys or actual in game keys like the treasure key and CS:GO key?
I'm pretty sure OP means Steam game keys. He'd probably pay a bit less than they're actually worth, as he's buying them in bulk and needs to make a profit.

The transactions have a public note on them, saying their website. Blockchain also has a feature to label addresses, and Laxo Trade is using an address which is labeled with their name and website.
