They are staking properly.

I take your question as opportunity to remind everyone that all Staisybit addresses are public and thus visible on all block explorers.

You can query our Rest API server in the following way:

Issues
We are experiencing withdrawal issues on Bitz coin, the problem is simply that Bitz wallet has generated an huge amount of blocks, thus splitting total balance in an huge amount of small inputs which prevent wallet to create transactions properly (wallet limits the number of input that can be used to build the transaction with). We are working to get Bitz withdrawals back to work as soon as possible. This issue is not affecting neither deposits nor staking, hence Btiz wallet hasn't been put in maintenance.

Stay tuned.

UPDATE - Aprli 29th (by Alberto - Founder and Lead Developer)

Staisybit is back online!

I've just released the new Dashboard, even if still as beta. Beta means that not all functionalities are working, but the main features are up and running correctly.
Deposits and Withdrawals fees have been set to 0%.

What is up and running?
Wallets are back to staking since last week (all minted coins have been correctly credited to users' accounts). With the new dashboard you can manage your coins, create new addresses, create new wallets and obviously deposit and withdraw your coins,

What is missing?
- Two Factor Authentication has been temporarily disabled for all users because I'm currently working on its implementation into the new web app. Your Authy accounts haven't been deleted, so once 2FA will be added you will just have to enable it in "Settings" page with no further actions.
- TX ids of the minted coins have still to be migrated from the old database, so I have disabled their view at all. This is the first update we'll be releasing in next days. If you really want to see what is happening to your coins, I would remember to all that ALL Staisybit addresses are public, so you can check Staisybit's wallets balance and transactions (even how much it's staking) whenever you want in coins' block explorers.
- Statistics too have to be migrated from old database so we have disabled them.

Brief explanation about the downtime, Staisybit ownership and team, plans and timing
First of all, I would apologize to all users for the downtime and let you know that I understand everything you feel: fear, doubts and uncertainty (FUD).
Now let me explain though:

Staisybit was born around 6 months ago from my minds and fingers and from Steve (Metamorphin) and Mathias (Szenekonzept) pockets. We started well, but we have soon realized that the whole structure (team, servers, database design, frontend) wasn't written well enough (e.g. scalable enough) to host the great potential that Staisybit showed to us. So, around January 2016, all our efforts have been focused on a refactoring of every aspect of our service, from the members of our team to the code of the both the backend and the frontend. Everything has been done with one thing in mind: bring this service to next level. With next level I mean in terms of features and in terms of adoption. I personally have spent an entire month building contacts I will use as leverage for Staisybit's goals.
Last but not least, you all know that crypto-world (in particular altcoin world) is not big enough in terms of wages and/or earnings (yet) to let developers leave their real-life jobs and work on it full-time. This mean that behind the scenes, beyond Staisybit development, and beyond every crypto service, developers have their real-life jobs to think about, that are not necessarily more important but for sure they are.

That being said, we are back online and we are at work to remove the "beta" work from our release as soon as we can.

I would publicly thank Steve and Matth for their precious work, their patience and their unconditioned confidence in Staisybit project.

What we are working on
New features are on paper, others have already been transformed in code. This is a list of the confirmed features:(please, as per above, don't ask for an ETA):
- Exchange
- Mobile Apps (Android & iOS)

Cheers,
Alberto

UPDATE - 03/19/2016

Last weeks
First of all, we sincerely apologize with all our users for the little support provided over the last weeks.
We are truly thrilled and excited to announce you that we are passionately working to bring Staisybit to the next-level this year. Indeed, over the last few weeks, we have been collectively focused on both the company structure and management and the strategy for the next 24 months.
Nevertheless, we have always been in close contact with currencies developers on our Slack board, as they are constantly monitoring our work in order to optimize the development.

Currently
In order to take further steps, we do need 4 days of maintenance on our infrastructure. Therefore, these days will be essential for the back end development (feel free to PM me for technical questions). As a result of the above, during these days, the whole infrastructure will be kept offline, thus both https://api.staisybit.com and https://staisybit.com will show a “Maintenance” page and wallets will not be staking.

The maintenance is scheduled from Monday 21th to Thursday 24th.

Next weeks
The strategic plan will include the implementation of the following features:

  • New back end
  • Rebranding
  • New front end (dashboard)
  • Exchanges features
  • New website
  • Mobile app (iOS & android)

To conclude, we are happy to announce you that we have successfully expended both the executive and the extended team. The new member will be officially presented with the release of the new website.

More information coming soon, stay tuned.

Cheers,

Alberto

CLARIFICATION

I've read above that users have asked more information about the staking overview.

Well, staking overview works as follow:

1) Last day: queries database, asking for TXs of type "generate" which have been received within 24 hours in the past
2) Last week: same as 1), but within 7 days in the past
3) Last month: same as 1), but within 30,5 days in the past

Overviews are updated hourly.

It's worth to point out that if a wallet remains f.e. in maintenance mode or halted for, to say, 7 days (like happened to Europecoin Wallet recently), it's obvious that as soon as it comes back active it will start generate more blocks than the daily average, because it remained "stack" for days accumulating weight without actually staking (in fact we've already seen this in Europecoin, that, after a week of maintenance mode, has been activated and in last 24 hours has generated almost 12,000 ERC, which is about 6x the daily average).

Hope it's clear now.

Cheers

My NOBL wallet has not received any stake returns in over a week??

I got the same problem, no stake returns from nobl since I signed up .....

Staisybit wallet is generating only orphan blocks since start. I've requested support to the developers because it's obviously a wallet bug. But no much progresses so far. I will contact you directly as soon as it is ok.

how long does it usually take to see a deposit in my balance?
the transaction has 613 confirmations now but it's still not showing up  Huh

Please be precise...which transaction in which coin?

Thanks for updating us!

TX: a9b8ce2130d8bed63184bd5b481675ff6a43956c3569d9be6713925e9031617b

Your transaction didn't come through because Energycoin wallet raised an error:

Code:
ERROR: bool CBlock::ReadFromDisk(unsigned int, unsigned int, bool)() : deserialize or I/O error
ERROR: LoadBlockIndex() : block.ReadFromDisk failed
EnergyCoin: Error loading blkindex.dat

I've contacted the dev, I imagine I'll need a full resync to solve, unless the dev has a bootstrap. One the meantime, ENRG wallet be kept in maintenance mode.

Dear Sterlingcoin community,

SLG is now available at https://staisybit.com, a new, user friendly, transparent, Web Staking Wallet.

Here's how it looks like:

Any information about our service can be found on our Bitcointalk thread, as well as on our web site (a more succinct description).

Follow us on Twitter @staisybit. Support channel only via email (for the moment) at support@staisybit.com

If you have any question, please post on Staisybit thread, not here. We can't follow the threads of all currencies we serve Smiley Thank you!

Cheers

P.S. we usually ask for a small donation to developers when adding a new coin, justified by the fact that our servers (3 at the moment) will act as 24/7/365 nodes , helping developers in secure their network (by staking) and ensuring reliable connections on the network. We haven't received a reply from SLG developers, hence donations by the community are well appreciated too: 33YMZdX4MrKzJeEKejZ7w1QDGNT8xXrMvx . Thank you.

Thank you for adding Okcash!

I already registered and sent some coins to test, It seems the address is already staking,
already got some stakes in fact, can be checked over the explorer too, the quantity is reported correctly
but it seems is not registered as "mined or stakes" on the report? it still shows 0 when i can see more than 3 stakes
already on the explorer, could you please check? thank you!

There is an error with staisybit staking, it is not reporting the stakes for OKCASH

It is already staking and one can see the stakes in the explorer but not on Staisybit

Any timeframe for a fix in reporting?

or how does it makes the calculation or it does it every X time?

https://chainz.cryptoid.info/ok/address.dws?PJVEk3z5vd1whQ3rTj2TYkTjsUBkrnMsPs.htm

Thank you for reporting. We'll as soon as possible into this problem.

MikeMike, I think you are missing one crucial point:

- if we are problems in our back-end, we update you
- if we are updating the back-end, we update you

therefore:

- if a coin (f.e. Blackcoin) shows 0 coins generated AND you don't see updates from us, then it's not an error thus we don't have to update you

is it clear enough?

I rest my case.
Very sad...
What people see that are aware of the issues is your denial and attacking the messenger.
Wish you all the best, hope you come clean and deal with the real issues.

Sincerely,
MikeMike

I really can't figure out which is your problem man, really. We are doing our best here:

- we are present on Slack almost 24/7 to keep close communication with coins developers. You can ask them directly if you don't trust my word
- we always reply to all support requests (in a decent time frame, surely within 12 hours)
- we have the only web wallet which is completely public (everyone can see wallets addresses and thus check whether they are staking or not and how much they stake)

I really don't see what more we could do to be transparent and spread trust in our service.

If there's something you didn't understand or, even worst, something you think we are keeping hidden, could you please explicitly tell us more about it?

I'm not happy with your reply for one.

Secondly what is it you are going to put in place to inform the coins using your service that they are not staking.
This has nothing to do with the handling of the Europecoin problem.
You had posted about it in this BCT public thread so why come down on me for posting Issues I see
going on with the unreliability of the Staisybit staking service and lack of transparency regarding these issues?

MM

Ok so, I see misunderstandings here. What are you talking about? Are you asking why Blackcoin wallet shows 0 BLK generated?

Staisybit should provide it's customers with accurate updates to when their staking site either totally stops
staking all coins or a single coin rather than not even reply to PM's in a timely manner.

Not only is it not good business but it puts the customer in a position of being concerned
to the point they will withdraw their coins they have staking there.

It also makes customers apprehensive to promote your service.

Here is my PM, from about 8 hours ago.

Kindly give an update as to what's been going on with your service the last few days and 10 hours.

MM

Some or most of us understand you may be having difficulties or issues from time to time
but the Staisybit staking service has been unreliable for days now especially within the last 16 hours.
I for one do understand that difficulties arise...
The least you could do is reply to a PM.

Sincerely,
MikeMike

Dear MikeMike,

our support channel is support@staisybit.com , not BitcoinTalk pm. If you ask for support over a non-support channel, you may expect to don't get a reply in short time.

That said, I updated the community about Europecoin wallet, immediately. If, afterword, I posted nothing, you can be sure that there are no updates, otherwise I'd posted.

Furthermore, I think it's enough clear that the problem of Europecoin wallet is not due to a Staisybit error/bug/misbehavior/incompetence/difficulties arised. The problem is on the blockchain itself, it does have nothing to do with Staisybit. Hence, there's absolutely no reason why I should update Staisybit users about Europecoin blockchain issues. Have you ever seen Bittrex or Cryptsy or Poloniex keep their users' up to date about coins issues? Nope.. they disable the market until the problem is fixed. And that's exactly what I did.

I appreciate you care about the QoS (quality of service/support), because I feel you really like us. But, let me say, that in my honest opinion no one here has done something wrong in handling Europecoin problem.

Looking forward your thoughts.

Cheers

IMPORTANT

We have disabled Europecoin wallet due to the suspect of an hacking attempt to the Europecoin network (not to Staisybit). The suspect is actually more than just a suspect, since Europecoin is a Novacoin clone and Novacoin has been (perhaps still is) victim of an attack, as the developer stated here, and the symptoms of the attack (difficulty dropped to 0 and wallets do not stake) have been discovered few hours ago on Europecoin too.

We have then decided, together with Europecoin dev, to halt wallets to prevent double spending or other kind of damage to Staisybit users. Europecoin team is investigating.

We'll keep you up to date.
Cheers.

How long should it take to withdraw the coins, it said it would process in 1 minute and the transaction ID it generated is still not valid on explorers, also not showing up in my wallet.

ur TX is?

Ok, thanks for ur info. I let the dev knowing. Actually he is offline!

That would be wonderful.  The transfer hasn't showed up and my wallet shows that it was withdrawn.

In fact i minted 2 1.5 coin transactions in first 24 hours of turning it back on.

dbb8442d8c671c530723dff37d64a4a67110fa94cae2cb21839779b7f97449f8-000
d2defb30ffff41d1de259520085a65bb3729e0162ea94cc74dac0751ccb8c2f6-000

Staking does have nothing to do with the time you keep you PC on or off. The only 2 things that count (other than luck) are amounts of inputs and age of inputs.

Just to make everything clearer:

  • First transaction: d2defb30ffff41d1de259520085a65bb3729e0162ea94cc74dac0751ccb8c2f6
  • First input of that transaction: e7389b693728a0b85561104d1b9090ce7413ed186b80ab6bea4eaf32f2cdff79
  • Time of the transaction which has generated the input: 1407834952 - Tue, 12 Aug 2014 09:15:52 GMT
  • CoinAge of the first input: approx 1 year and 4 months
  • Reedmed on: 1449860992 - Fri, 11 Dec 2015 19:09:52 GMT (indeed your transaction)

Do you really think you can compare these transactions with a deposit made 3 days ago? Please, try other ways ......

PS. it's nice to see a newbie user (activity 1) that is active in crypto since, at least, 12 Aug 2014 (as per above).......

K - it shows no coins staking

I had 5k in my personal wallet and they staked right away and within first day i mines 1.5 coins.

So i would say something is not working correctly.

Are you saying that you mined within the first day 1.5 BLK with approx 5.000/75.100.000 = 0.00665779 % of total supply? Is this correct?

Since you have already said that you have 5k BLK, I guess you don't mind much about privacy.. therefore, could I ask you the link TX id of the mined block? I need it to check my back-end   Smiley

Thank you for your interest in our service!

PS. side note: I have to correct myself. MinAge is 8 hours, so you mined a block of 1.5 BLK with 0.00665779 % of available supply after 8 hours of actual staking? That's great!!
