Few years ago, a friend of mine was mining Litecoin and earning 30 $ per day for several months. From his point of view, it was very good earning, for the amount of money that he invested in. If he kept his Litecoins for just a few years, they would be worth around 250 000 $.

So he earned about 6 - 7 000, with initial investment of 2 500 $. 180% ROI for several months! Looks great, but it isn't, because he could get 9,900.00% ROI for 2 and half years.

So, do your Math once again.

First week of February is just to optimistic. Maybe DASH or ETH, but others probably not. But I am almost sure that we will see huge upward trends in April and May.

This is forum about currency and economy, and we should consider also its market value. So, an operation to regain Virginity cost about 300$. One Bitcoin costs about 11 000$. So it is much, much less important then bitcoin. No it is not so important. Safe sex is important.

I am in for a long run, so I don't worry. In 2014 and 2015 was holding my BTC for about one and half year with a huge loss if you calculate in fiat currency. And I didn't worry about it. If you hoped to get rich quick, you should worry, because this is not some MLM get rich quick, it is real market driven by supply and demand, so if there is no demand it can go down much, much more.

Eventually, it will recover. So if you can't wait, sell it. But if you can afford to wait ... you bought the tickets, sit back, relax and wait for the train to come.

You are absolutely right. Everyone should support a projects in which they believe. It is good to promote great ideas, it gives meaning to someones life. But also, in this material world, it is nice to earn some additional income. And that is the beauty of crypto world, great ideas are bringing you great money, most of the time.

Yes, you can just buy bitcoin now, and wait until it reaches 1 000 000 USD. You need 3 - 5 years of Hodling, and that is it.

This thing just started, less then 1% of world population are involved in crypto, some 20 - 25% are in denial phase ( primary phase of consideration ),  and probably 50% of world population isn't even aware of crypto.

So the price of BTC is now 11 000 USD, what would be the price on 20% of global population involved? And they will come, don't worry. If nothing bad happens to us, they will come, for sure.

For your second question, ... if you buy new coins, no one can guarantee you how long will they last. But there are coins out there which are already several years old, so I would personally choose that kind of coins.

Well, first you need to define what do you want to earn with trading? More Fiat : USD, EUR .... or more BTC, ETH or other crypto?

Anyway, you need to buy when it is cheap, and sell when it is expensive. In order to define that limits, you need to learn to read charts and you need basic knowledge of human psychology, nothing advance, just basic.

Buy know, it is cheap.

Yes, it is very much alive. Although, developers are not entertaining us every day on this forum, they are working hard to implement improvements.

Bluecoin is cryptocurrency that went live in 2014, and as you can see from initial post, changes and improvements are constantly implemented. It is fast and secure, and what is best underpriced currency.

Currently, all 3% are delegated to miners. Later on, when cold staking comes online, it will be 2% to POW and 1% to POS. We will see on the next update how often will POS rewards be paid. Devs are currently working on utilizing bluetooth mesh networking.

Your post looks very much like standard MLM stories. " I was broke ... and now I am earning XYZ 000 $ ... ", but yes, it happened to most of us. From the beginning of 2014 I multiplied 4 times number of my BTC and I saw rise of my initial investmestment of more then 70 times in terms of USD. And 2017 was particularly good year for trading crypto.

I was not exactly broke in the begining, but my future was uncertain in that time, Bitcoin has changed a lot in my life.

So happy trading, mining, promotion ... etc for everyone in this New 2018. Just don't go all in, diversify in order to reduce risk and gain maximum.

This are all new coins, so as far as I can see, you are going on 95% risk. There is no need for that, because you still can get 10X profit if you buy currently undervalued coins like quark or bluecoin. I mean 10X in BTC, because I don't really care how much in USD it will be.

Quark is hit by closing of Chinese BTC38 exchange, and it is trading for a fraction of previous value. It will recover during the this year for sure. Bluecoin is also undervalued old coin, before few months they implemented new wallet with some very advance features, but missing marketing. So there is your 10x gain with minimum risk. Both coins will exist for years from now.

If you just like to risk that much, I would go with CCORE, seems most promising.

   As far as I understand the " forks " , these are all new coins, because none of them is backed by 100% community.

   Maybe this dump is connected with revival of segwit2x hard fork. Fork is scheduled for 28.12. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2595620.0

   So, the Big Guys drop their BTC, price drops, the New Guys start to panic sell, price drops further more. The Big Guy buy BTC at discount prices, and accumulate more then they had before.

   So they have better position for 28.12. segwit2x fork. Standard procedure.

The whales are robbing the newbies, standard procedure. In one month price goes from 8000 to 19000, newbies buy, than when it goes back to less then 10000 newbies panic sell. There are lots of people in for a get rich quick, and they tend to buy when everybody is buying, and to sell when everybody is selling. Anyway, great opportunity for all the rest of us, to earn some bucks. Just, don't panic.
