You can call him a troll if you want, but looks like a lot of different users are telling you your ICO smells bad. Why pick on him in particular? To deflect and not answer other's concern?

I want to believe your "marketing efforts" are "rolling out", but all I can see is a twitter account that got 1 post who was liked by yourself, a telegram community who is getting smaller by the day, and a Facebook page that has no post and that for whatever reason is not even linked on your website anymore.

Now we can be wrong, and please, show us what your marketing efforts are if you have done any, but for the moment, it seems like you are doing what the user target mentioned: walk away with the funds you raised on your pre ICO, which is a shame, because that is basically scamming people.

True, I forgot about the bounty campaign. They had a campaign manager as well and if I am correct, managers like that get paid depending on the amount raised, so how come they did not pay him/her? Maybe that's why the campaign was actually stopped?

I personally find it more alarming you are announcing that the sale goes live in 1 month but have not yet started to use that preICO money to do any marketing/PR of any sort, when clearly the message during the perICO was that you were doing a first round to raise marketing money.

- Your social media accounts are totally inactive, even if you officially announced something here, nothing is relayed anywhere else.
- The Telegram channel changed name for obscure reasons, losing half of its members in the process
- The website has not changed since you supposedly scaled it down to avoid scammers

I wouldn't call that being ready. What's the plan? Doing nothing at all and hope to raise millions? At this point, even if you launch a full on marketing campaign, 1 month is ridiculous.

On a side note, the wallet addresses you are showing are also not the original address. How come?

Sorry, but I will have to agree with martinaldirn on this one. I used to be part of the Telegram channel until it disappeared one day (Or I got kicked out, I am not sure)
But if you look closely, the address you are giving for your Telegram channel Julien is different than the address you advertise for on your twitter/facebook feed. So clearly, it is a new Telegram channel. Why lie about it?

You guys keep on claiming you are not a fraud, but you are shady as hell and lie to your investors. Clearly not a good sign.

I also remember Raphael mentioning on several occasion on the Telegram channel, that the pre-ICO was meant to raise funds to invest in marketing/PR in order to do a full ICO campaign in 2018 and raise a lot more. You guys are announcing the ICO just a month before it happens, but no campaign has started, nothing on your social media accounts/websites, you're not participating to any blockchain events, etc.
I am having difficulties seeing how you are investing the money you raised and that was close to 200 ETH (worth about $100K right now) in a non-existing campaign.

What is the wallet address where the funds have been raised? Are they still in the wallet or not? Because if not, chances are you are just pretending to do an ICO you know won't raise anything, just so you don't have to reimburse the investors of your pre-ICO, and the money has been long gone.

This is in line with what Vitalik just tweeted recently. The crypto community needs to grow up and fund projects that are bringing real changes for the world and not some stupid Crypto Lottery to accumulate as much money as possible for no reason.

I have read your articles, and none of them mention that "After 180 days your e-mails on servers of the American post providers become the property of the USA".
On top of that, your sources are articles that are years old (more than 10 years old for some!), and there is no echo of this "issue" in recent articles, so I believe that is because these articles were misinformed and/or were trying to grab some attention with some sensationalism.

You can agree that this lack of transparency does not inspire confidence in your project, and transparency is what is needed in ICO recently.

Looks like the people posting their report did not read about the fact that the campaign was paused.

Can the team provide sources for what they claim? Because I cannot find anything related to this affirmation, and it's the only one that I have double checked so far because it seemed unlikely to me.

On a more personal note, I am actually quite happy that whistleblowers can access emails, and presenting Edward Snowden as a cybercriminal is quite laughable if you ask me.

I also find it interesting that each member of the team has 4 Linkedin connections, when the team is made out of 5 people. Looks like someone created fake profiles and added each member of the team.

Yes, the list of countries seems a bit arbitrary. I think if you want an answer, it might be easier to go on their Telegram channel and ask directly a member of the team.

Because they have a KYC system for the whitelist, but I have not seen anything similar for the ICO itself.

Offering faster payments via crypto is not really possible is it though? We know for a fact that crypto does not have the infrastructure for fast payment. It is literally one of the main downside at the moment, and a topic that divide the blockchain community, so I don't think they can rely on this for being competitive.

For the price, yes, they can try to offer better cash back, but a business model that works on the idea "I will be cheaper than my competitor" isn't really a valid business plan to me.

Why not advertising how much has been raised to date on the website to let people know, and build on that success to continue raising more during the last 3 days left?
