A blatant copy coin with no new features (even though you've been digging for days to find out what people want, and that was THE BIGGEST THING THEY SAID was that if it wasn't something new, then don't bother)

This is nothing more than a bad "get rich quick" scheme by the "dev"

Move along...nothing (worthwhile) to see here

Just because I didn't pick your bad logo doesn't mean you have to come here and troll around.

Hey folks, StormCoin is a Scrypt altcoin with a much lower payout reward. 0 blocks have been mined.

About StormCoin

StormCoin is based on Litecoin which uses Scrypt algorithm. Litecoin is 50 per block reward while StormCoin is 5 per block reward which will half into 2.5 StormCoins per block once we hit 2500000 Blocks mined. Litecoin has a total of 84 Million coins that will ever be mined, while StormCoin has a total of 25 Million coins that will ever be mined. Right now Litecoin is currently trading around $14-15 per coin, with StormCoin having only 5 coins per block and 25 Million coins we are hoping for a price around $0.10 to $0.50 per coin.

Specs

Re: What features make an alt coin good and of high quality?

On my checklist:

1. Scrypt Jane POW (to avoid botnet armies) and maybe a tiny little POS to avoid 51% attacks
2. Widescale adoption - auroracoin type distribution
3. Anonymity protocol built in if possible
4. Would be excellent if someone could just build exchanges into the mining pools itself to allow miners to directly sell to the public in a distributed fashion
5. Competent devs to promote community awareness, develop wallets and merchant tools - plus capacity to properly check id cards to avoid fraud when airdropping coins
6. Kimoto Gravity Well
7. Premine but only for national distribution

Great tips! I especially like the idea of an exchange built into the mining pool.

Hi I'm looking for a coin logo for stc, or stormcoin. I will pay 15$ in paypal or btc for the best logo. Winner will be announced  February 28.

I was thinking maybe a gray cloud with a "$" in the middle. And instead of a straight line going through the "$", it's a lightning bolt. This is just an idea though.
