Re: Why can Altcoins fail?
by
StormHawk
on 11/07/2024, 19:13:09 UTC
Altcoins are not reliable for the long term, the successful tactics with alts is buying when no one is buying and selling when you are in profit, it is not something you cab hold for a long period of time.

If Bitcoin falls altcoins will lose value 2x, and even more, it is not a goof choice for a long term play obviously, but do not buy the idea that altcoins can't make you rich, the best money I made from crypto are all from altcoins, find the good ones and hold, when altcoins season begins you will be rewarded big time vs holding Bitcoin.

Lesson of the day, do not over invest on one altcoin, even if you can't find any traces of scam or untrusty team do not conclude that your money will be safe in an altcoin, the risk is too big than you could ever imagine.

Re: Al Transforming Job Market
by

on 30/03/2023, 13:16:22 UTC
You are absolutely right. Automation and AI are changing the job market, and workers will need to adapt to these changes. As you mentioned, some jobs will be displaced, but new jobs will also emerge.
New jobs have to be on the ground for those that will lose their jobs because of AI, once AI replaced them they should start work with immediate effect, or else this idea is very stupid, many people will become jobless and poverty will reign even more, AI will work for free, no need to pay them right? Who is going to benefit the most?

Arbitrum can do better in next bull season for sure, but how much better? Those who bought Matic at 0.003$ will understand what I meant, buying Arbitrum at 1$ is kinda high and I won't expect anything than 10$ or 15x in a bull season, but in future arbitrum will drop a lot because the exact max supply is 10billion, the reason why it keeps this 1$+ is because only 1billion supply is out.

Re: Zksync Era Mainnet launch
by
StormHawk
on 30/03/2023, 09:31:07 UTC
Since they got testnet and zklite working, I think they are gonna do snapshots on these as well but we can assume that mainnet is more important when it comes to use case for them, so interact on mainnet frequently. Since we can only speculate with the process, but judging from the rmmainnet release, it would take time to know the airdrop announcement maybe next year.
Interacting with their main net and do transactions regularly as well as some other activities like adding liquidity, minting NFTs on their main net are good activities to be recorded for their airdrop. I believe adding liquidity will be important to get higher airdrop with Zksync ERA as cheaters don't spend money to add liquidity.

Quote
Yes just head on the official twitter post of zksync and youll fins there the links of their webpage, they have list of updated and active dapps for us to interact.
Interacting with active dApps on Zkysync and some bridges are other good activities proactively for their future airdrop.

Next year is too long and I think they will announce airdrop in coming months, before the end of 2023. They must make noise, expose Zksync to as many investors through airdrop, news as possible and must have enough time for market to absorb tokens dumped by airdrop receivers. It takes a few months to finish before 2024 bull run which likely starts after Bitcoin halving in April or May.
I have high interest in Zksync, I plan to buy this token for the coming months may be in thousands of dollars, I do have a question about the airdrop, how much do you think is good enough to add liquidity to a pool to get a good amount of airdrop reward? If you can say this it means you are practicing it, am I right? So how much liquidity do you add?

Things could turn around for the greatest from any time from now, China is now fully embracing cryptocurrency, its a good news for everyone, and since CZ is also a Chinese I recommend him to abandon the US and go back home Binance Exchange suits china more than the US, for the fact that China has ban cryptocurrency few times before, this is a bullish news.

I hope someone answer this question about the Zksync airdrop.

After bridging with Zksync Era mainnet am I going ti leave the ETH I bridged on the wallet and never move or I am free to move it back to ETH chain and withdraw? Also, I have indeed tried to swap back to ETH but it takes days already and my wallet is still Zero. Any idea?

I never liked honeypot, someone have to shill the altcoin to me before and I see another Pi Network, I lose interest straight away, projects like this have no utility and they are there to just give away some free coins, also if anyone receives coins or tokens that they are not expecting, such coin or token is from scammers, do not try to outsmart them, once you do that the tokens that you purchased with your money will disappear.

Re: Will Tether crash to $0?
by

Come to think of it, before this whole FTX and Binance drama begins people already have it in mind that USDT will go to zero, some are speculating that USDT will bring the next bear market to crypto, instead it started with FTX and now the banks, other stable coins are the ones affected, no single touch on USDT. This is  Cheesy Cheesy laughable.

You have built no single reputation on this forum that's why people won't believe in whatever you are doing, you know they say that action speaks louder than talk, if your case you would have looked legit if you already have something to show for it, like build up the exchange or whatever that is and create an ANN on the forum, people will wish you well on your hustle and give their sincere opinions about now you have nothing to show.

Holding a pipe dream you say? You must suck so bad at choosing good projects that is why must have been that holding for the long term is a bad idea, you need to work on yourself and you will be able to identify the next 50x to 100x altcoins, those who complain are bad at doing research.

Bitcoin is the most reliable but altcoin is the most life-changing investment for small time investors, I know altcoins are too risky and your money can go to zero but that's why diversity is a must as an altcoin investors, if all you have to spare for long term is 1000$ your best bet is to diversify the money onto altcoins, you will make more money than investing all that into Bitcoin.

Sui is not planning to release any token but crew3 devs are working with SuiSwap to release airdrop tokens, if you can find suiswap tasks on the crew3 website do it and keep doing the daily challenges because Suiswap token is officially announced, join their telegram group and be active to get some valid points.

Circulating supply matters to you?
by

What is the fair percentage of a total max supply that are in circulation that can make you invest in a project? It is fine to avoid a project that has low circulating supply? Why? What about if the project is a brand new project and the use case is killing it?

Wow, is this even real? What are you buying an empty wallet for if I may ask? I have been contacted of telegram for empty wallet before and I failed to reply the person because I don't trust anyone that PM me first, he wanted to pay 20$ per wallet but in your own case it is too much.

Re: Do not sleep on DEx Exchange tokens
by

There are too many decentralize exchanges and most of them won't be adopted, every chains like Arbitrum, Optimism and others have different type of dex tokens, it is alarming and not needed, the most newest dex that has good utility right now is integral and people aren't even adopting this project yet. Be careful with those that has high staking APY, they are not going to be around for a long period of time.

In 2021 some friend in school invested 20$ each in meme coins, they made insane amount of money, few died on them and they lose money, but the lost was not much because they invested 20$ in each projects, I made some profits from defi projects and gaming projects but they made a lot more than I do, if you know how to gamble with the risk you can get lucky and make good money.

I've investigated numbers of cloud mining in the past years, I have faced some cloud mining teams, I asked them to show proof of the mining equipment they have in their farms and no single one was able to..

The excuse they made was, they want to keep it private because they don't want to reveal their mining operation location.

What kind of excuse is this? I never asked them for their sign board or mining farm field pictures.

Yet many people believed them.

Re: Crypto space: A Wild Wild West
by

1. Avoid altcoins that are simply riding on a hype or whatever is trendy. They're mostly scams. And just like hypes and trends, they won't last long.

2. News channels and publications don't mean a thing. Besides the fact that personalities there don't understand what they're talking about, they lack research most of the time. Speaking on TV or writing on a newspaper doesn't mean knowledge.

3. When it comes to investment, avoid being emotional. Be objective!
No problem if you know how to ride along and not getting caught in the trap, there are few scam projects that invested money on and still able to make some money and get off the project before they collapsed, there was one doge coin in 2021 that rose from 200k market cap to 20million market cap, I made a lot before it dumped and later died.
