I'm totally fine with waiting some weeks because of the slowed down network but the token swap site still states "Every 30 minutes we will distribute the tx received." when I'm still sitting here 3 days later and nothing happend.
Communication is the key and a simple note on the token swap side reading "Because of the slowed down network and high fees of ether, we will postpone the token swap to a time when the fees are lower. All pending swaps will be done as soon as this happens" and I'm fine.

ich überlege gerade bei diesem Drop alle Mining Erträge zu veräußern und diesen Wert für die Steuererklärung zu nehmen. Also sehr niedrig.
Dann kaufe ich von dem Geld wieder ETH und lasse das ein Jahr liegen um auf die Kursgewinne keine Steuer zu zahlen. Aber wenn es dann schon POS ist und die Zeit auf 10 Jahre hoch geht kann ich meine gemineten ETH auch gleich behalten?

vorweg vielen Dank für diese großartige Seite. Ich bin gerade erst eingestiegen in das ganze und finde es super sich alles so detailiert ablegen zu können und sich bei der Steuererklärung somit einige Zeit sparen zu können.

Wenn ich das jetzt richtig verstehe bezüglich des Blockchain Imports geht es hier aber auch wirklich nur um das Wallet und die Einzahlung die ich ab und zu auf dieses komme und nicht um die Auszahlungen auf mein Mining Pool Konto, richtig?
Das wäre noch super gewesen, aber würde wahrscheinlich auch den kompletten Account zuspammen mit den ganzen Mini Zahlungen, oder?

Zudem fände ich es super wenn in der Zusammenfassung bei der Übersicht auch die Möglichkeit bestände, Coins aus dem Mining von gekauften Coins zu differenzieren. Eventuell auch einfach das man in der Tabelle die Auswahl hat, ob dieser Betrag mit in die Zusammenfassung einfließen soll.

Not a very big amount of money (compared to what has been compromised), but these seems to be some of the leftover ETH to make the 40% refunds since it didnt move for some time.

So jetzt muss ich hier auch mal noch kurz zum recht knapp behandelten Mining schlau machen.

Also sehe ich das jetzt richtig. Ich nutze meinen PC mit zwei Grafikkarten zu 95% zum Mining, deswegen bin ich gewerbetreibend und muss die Mining Erträge "sofort" versteuern.
Dagegen kann ich dann immer Sachen wie Hardware (Abschreibungen als privat Person?!), Miete und Strom rechnen um den Gewinn zu schmälern und weniger Steuern zu zahlen?
Zudem sind hier die Erträge ja rein ETH, aber wie bitte berechnen die das? Jede Beteiligung an einem Block, welcher mir dann 0,00001 ETH bringt und das zum aktuellen Kurs? Und dann muss ich das für den kompletten Zeitraum, für jeden eigenen Block darlegen? Oder zählt hier erst der Zeitpunkt, wenn der Mining Pool mir mein ETH überweist und es somit in meinem Wallet landet und dann zu diesem Zeitpunkt der jeweilige Kurs?

Oder trifft einer der 4 Punkte (selbstständig, nachhaltig, mit Gewinnerzielungsabsicht und Beteiligung am wirtschaftlichen Verkehr) doch nicht wirklich auf mich zu und wird es dann einfach mit meinem Einkommenssteuersatz verrechnet? Auch hier frage ich mich wieder, zu welchem Wert setzen sie die ETH an? Und zählt es dann ab der Ankunft in meinem Wallet als Veräußerungsgeschäft und fällt dann auch ein Jahr später in den steuerfreien Bereich, wenn diese ermineten ETH noch Gewinne durch Kursanstieg erzielen?

Nachdem ich jetzt auch langsam immer mehr in Altcoins investiere muss ich mich hier jetzt auch mal kurz informieren.

Ich habe jetzt oft gelesen, dass nach einem Jahr halten die Erträge steuerfrei sind.
Ist das wirklich ausnahmslos so? Auch wenn ich jetzt in einen Shitcoin 100€ investiere, dieser aus irgendwelchen Gründen ein gigantisches Plus macht bis nächstes Jahr und die 100€ auf einmal 100.000€ Wert sind? Gibt es dazu eigentlich auch öffentliche Quellen? Ich fand es jetzt sehr schwer etwas zu finden. Ist wahrscheinlich alles Neuland für Deutschland.


Zudem habe ich nun auch nicht wirklich was zu Mining gefunden. Gilt hier auch das eine Jahr? Also wenn ich jetzt bspw. 2 ETH geminet habe und diese bis nächstes Jahr liegen lasse. Erfolgt dann auch keine Besteuerung?

Ok. I got cocky to early. Now with 9.3 the same problem comes from time to time and 100% randomly I'd say. Log doesnt change at all.

All I did was unplug my second screen.
Tried playing around with the oc and the downvolt yesterday, sadly I will need to read into modding my card. I'm using https://forum.ethereum.org/discussion/10382/boysies-31mh-rom-for-rx480-red-devil-v2 right now.
To adjust the Mem Clock I need to modify the bios. I tried and my hashrate dropped from 30 to 27 and I couldnt reach 100% mem load anymore.
Increasing the voltage didnt seem to change anything, but I only watched it for a short time.
My dcri is at 30 and I get the best results there. Mem Load is nearly all the time at 100%
