LTHN Project is now handled by the community : members of the Lethean community (mainly on Discord LTHN Channel and Telegram) who still believing in the project's potential and outcome and who are devoted, voluntarily, to continue the network / ecosystem functionning, product development and overall maintenance. We have established  an acting plan that covers the objectives and we are seeking help. Our ressources are very limited (people) but we are not willing to give up ! we are progressing, currently in the background, with few involved members to prepare a lite-version of a future app. We need dev(s) with knowledge/experience in mobile apps development to help us going further... any interested to contribute can join us on Discord.

I'm asking the following question : is there any rescue plan for 2020 ? i'm talking about a concrete real pragmatic and feasable plan, not the usual excuse of : "we were trying to do our best, but as the price has dropped we have no ressources to hire people and thus continue the devloppment and we can not even do any basic marketing on social media as we work on this project on part-time, and overall it's very hard to reach new people in the countries where VPNs have the most potential..." all these excuses are  justifications for a failure ! instead, is there any serious attempt to try to avoid a comming agony, to revive an interest on the coin (dVPN) ? ...  let's see if there will be a brave answering ! *p.s: please, don't play again that old song of "I don't have time to answer those haters, trolls & Cie ".

"... if you don't like the project, you can just leave..." , " ...if you don't like how we are doing things, you should go away...", " ...if you criticise our management, strategies, mistakes, and whatever other things, then you will be banned...", "... if you express you opinion which is divergent with ours, then you are a hater, a FUDer, a troll..." --> and this is why this project with those guys as a team cannot succeed ! it's all about their way of thinking, their subjective vision and their exessive lack of open mindess !  ... the most important reason of the very low price and the ridicousily low daily exchange volume is NOT the hate of people against the project, it's the very narrow size of the community from which the team is continuig banning people on Discord and Telegram. The team project's and their attitudes, abilities and competences are the most important factor of the lack of popularity and faith from poeple in the crypto sphere. " ... the reason why the dev activity is slower is because of the low price..." --> according to this logics : giving the fact that the price is falling more and more to touch 1 sat in a near future (due to the ex-Monero miners who will continusly dump unless LTHN forks, without to mention the risk of ANOTHER 51% attack, as in 2018 after a Monero hard-fork where LTHN did not promptly follow) .... plunging to 1 sat means that the dev activity will be more and more slower, and ultimately stops. So, i'll let the reader deduce what the future of this project will be, if things continue to be done the way they are currently done... * End note : I think it's now or never, that you guys stop making the ostrich and take out your heads from the sand. it's really sad that such a powerfull concept and idea (blockchain-backed Anon dVPN) will be messed out !

Since spring, and from month to month, LTHN monthly updates are empty of any concrete progress ! only futile details and sterile bla-bla. Also, if we take into account that the last dev-team souce-code "commit/update" dates back to early october, and the fact that social media official pages are almost non active, this clearly demonstrate, in my opinion, the decrease of the efforts and time allowed to the project regarding development, communication and marketing. To date, this does not look so encouraging at all ! This is the feeling when looking objectively to all those facts...

Most "influencers" are using social media to connect with their audiance, regardless to the platform (OS). These social media are mainly accessed via mobile devices not desktop computers. In addition, the product (LTHN dVPN) is not designed and conceived to be used by influencers and advertisers when editing their content. this is not the main reason for dVPN usage. but rather by daily-users in real and concreate contexts (being online to access freely high geo-restriction contolled-content and/or anonymously in dictatorship countries). Having said that, the priority cannot be "Windows" or "Mac" or "Linux", the priority cannot be a desktop-GUI based approach. having a Windows desktop GUI is an added value, but the main goal IMO must be a mobile version ! and the main target-poeple should be Asia-Pacific citizens.

Popularity cannot increase from nothing ! there must a very hard work to do : lot of time in marketing (and not just few minor tasks in a spare time by people who are not really "suited" for that). But the most important thing, IMO, is a flexible and effective development strategy, elaborated by "specialists"... and this is the core problem for this project. The LTHN team (who are source-code developpers, mainly), including their CEO, are completely disconnected from the reality! It seems that they have no idea of what is really going on! They are not aware that the most potential marketplace for dVPN is Asia-Pacific region and that people in this area mainly use mobile devices to access the internet (see reference below). The team have a high-priority goal to make Windows GUI for desktop which is the less used mean/tool to be online, even in Europe and North America! (see the same reference). They really are in their bubble... With a completely wrong and unrealistic development strategy. LTHN team : After more than two years (where currently the price is about 3 sats !!! and a very low daily trading volume, due to the lack of interest and popularity), it urgent to do your homework! Read and study reports, look at specialized papers/article (VPN field) and especially open your eyes and listen to the community! Without a strong and very large community you cannot succeed (not just your few partisans who are making sterile propaganda and banning everyone with different opinion from their Discord Channel). It has nothing to do with money... It's about being able to elaborate an effective marketing strategy inspired from the discussions with the community members and especially designed after due deligence (for real / non-scam partnerships) and hard /effective work (market research and analysis, incentive tools, efficient development strategies, etc).... All those key points have nothing to do with money, it's all about working in pragmatic and optimized manner.

The problem is not the project itself! This project has a huge potential,with innovative solution and a pioneer concrete application! The development of the project (implementation) is not the problem neither! Devs are very experienced, working hard and devoted to assist people to solve tech issues. The real problem, in my opinion, is that people in charge of the marketing strategy are not efficient at all. They lack of the basic knowledge of how to market a product : no market research, no market analysis, no logical plan to reach people in the targeted areas (the reader can refer to the July update). And what is more catastrophic is that they are stubborn and not open to any beneficial proposals.

When people lack of arguments, the very easy way to find a subjective justification is doing the "austrich strategy" : haters, trolls, FUDers, "why are you here, then, go and good luck.."  criticism is fundamental for improvement and especially for avoiding to do again and again the same errors. I'm not trying to discuss with anyone, I am here to depict to the readers how things are done in this project, at the current time.

After many Months of failure in pumping the price with their in-house pumping group managed by few team members, they're now trying to pump the price with twitter pumpers. They seem to not understand that this weekly try has a very short effect. What will lead the price to grow up from 4 Sats is not artificial pumping with manipulative tweets, it's the working strategy of how to market the product, how to reach targeted people, what incentive to offer for more adoption, etc. Also, project founders and leads have to be on the stage and leave their bubble. Managing a crypto project, It's not just programming source code and fixing tech issues. Duties of a CEO are more than that!

DonGato : thank you for all the information you are making public and which the current team members have never shared with the community. I fully agree with you : LTHN developers are really working hard to come up with a product. But, those in charge of marketing and communication really s*ck! And being stubborn, not open to constructive criticism and seeing any opposite point of view as trolling, FUDing and hate, will undoubtedly reduce the chances for a success. It's very sad to deduce that such a good project is managed by people whom are really inefficient and at a certain point, incompetent (development strategies and marketing). This is neither hate nor trolling, this is the truth that the project team aren't able to see...
