Son dönemde hardcap yaptık diyen projeye çok denk gelmedim ama diyenlerde de bir sıkıntı vardır. Hadi 3-5 milyon dolar yatırım gereken projeleri ayrı tutalım, 25-30 hatta çok daha fazlasının hedefiyle yola çıkıp aslında 1-2 milyon anca toplayan ama hardcap yaptık diyen icolara karşı dikkatli olun. Gerçi tespit etmek bile zorken nasıl dikkatli olacağız bilemedim.
