Hello! There are certainly some red flags, but also they offer a special protection for the investors, and this somewhat may compensate the red flags. I have some questions:

1) Is this token basically a fee to join your club? And if it is, is there any interest to keep high the value of token?
I mean, fees are appealing when they are low, not high, and this could be a huge problem for the future appreciation of the token.

2) As you are distributing dividends, can angel token be considered as a security? Big exchanges are not prone to list new tokens if there is that risk.

3) Is there any maximum investment for each investor? Some whales could buy a lot of the tokens with this huge discount and control the token price.

4) You declare "members agree not to buy large stakes in investments that we are collectively
considering before such an investment has been made, nor reveal such ‘insider
information’  to  any  other  3rd  party. ".  
An agreement based on what? Is it just " I promise..."? Of course everyone will try to buy secretly as soon as possible. Insider trading does still exist in the regulated fields, think about the unregulated ones.
This agreement is going to fail and one of the main purpose of the project is at risk.

I think the idea is simply great but these are my main concerns.

How can I update the windows desktop wallet (version 2.0.170915) to the latest version (2.0.171003)? Do I just have to download and launch the new one or first I need to uninstall the oldest one?

Good strategy, the only drawback is that you need to keep the money in the exchanges instead of the wallets...

Hello, a couple of days ago my evergreen coin wallet stopped to sync...I did nothing of note, just opened it everyday...my other wallets of other coins work properly. What could I do?

I think there are two huge problems concerning the Bitcoin’s future use in daily life.

1)     Slow transactions

It’s a turtle compared to most of the other coins, why should we choose Bitcoin? We actually need real time payments (as we already have them in real life)

2)   No reimbursements

Paying using Bitcoin (or other cryptocurrencies) can be really really stressful.
If I make mistakes in sending bitcoin (and people make mistakes all the time) I won’t never get reimbursed in any way…it’s not the same with FIAT.
If someone clones my credit card I have some chances to get my money back…what about bitcoin?!

At the moment, it’s impossible that Bitcoin or other cryptos are going to replace FIAT money in every day’s use.

Moreover, some more modern currencies have a better technology.
If we really will use cryptocurrencies in daily life, why should Bitcoin be the best coin to use?

This is the key question, because if we won’t use it, Bitcoin will be worth 0 and not 100.000$ as someone says.

Grazie per le risposte, in effetti  l'USDT potrebbe essere uno dei pochi strumenti utili per tamponare rapidamente la volatilità del Bitcoin.

Picchio, intendevo quello ma escludendo le cripto che sono acquistabili/vendibili direttamente in FIAT...

Esempio pratico: tempo fa, per prova, ho acquistato 10 euro di Litecoin per poi comprare una moneta X ad un certo prezzo. Nel frattempo il Litecoin ha acquistato circa il 30-40% di valore in euro mentre la mia moneta è scesa praticamente del 70% (vs Litecoin)!
Se vendessi la moneta (passando di nuovo per i litecoin ovviamente) dovrei in teoria recuperare solo 3 euro mentre invece ad oggi mi ritroverei quasi 9 euro: in sostanza l'aumento dei LTC ha protetto il mio pessimo investimento.

Se il Bitcoin un giorno andrà a 40.000 euro, potremo avere fatto anche dei pessimi investimenti ma salvo casi estremi ci avremo sempre guadagnato o cmq perso nulla! Stessa cosa al contrario se mai tornerà a 100 euro, perderemmo praticamente tutto...
 
Tutto questo per dire che il futuro dei nostri investimenti in altcoins dipende sostanzialmente dall'andamento delle valute direttamente convertibili in FIAT (Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum) e quindi dai pair con le nostre altcoin.

Quindi noi investiamo sempre e comunque nelle big, il resto è relativo.

I think that Unify could be a good chance of investment, but instead of advertising (your post could work for every coin) why don't you point out the special features of Unify, from a technical point of view as well? That would be much more interesting

è da poco che sono nel mondo delle criptomonete e lo trovo incredibile. Ieri è stato il primo giorno in cui ho veramente sudato freddo, e se penso che e questo è stato niente rispetto agli anni scorsi... 

Il calo di ieri del bitcoin mi ha fatto sorgere una domanda.
Dato che per comprare/rivendere le altcoins dobbiamo (quasi) sempre passare per i bitcoin, la volatilità del prezzo del bitcoin è l'elemento in assoluto più determinante dei guadagni o perdite ottenuti con le altcoins?

Se compriamo bitcoin a 4000 euro per poi comprare la criptomoneta X ad un determinato prezzo, è sostanzialmente il prezzo del bitcoin che ci dirà quanto otterremo con la conversione in FIAT. 
La nostra altcoin può anche raddoppiare o triplicare il suo prezzo (quindi investimento apparentemente azzeccato) ma se il bitcoin va a 2000, pur non possedendone alcuno, alla fine dei conti andrà a limare tutto il guadagno o addirittura magari ci perderemo qualcosa.
Stessa cosa nel caso contrario, altcoin che perde buona parte del valore rispetto al prezzo d’acquisto e bitcoin che vola: rivendendola ci guadagniamo pure magari.

Quindi quando investiamo in altcoins, alla fine della fiera investiamo sempre e prima di tutto in bitcoin.

È corretto?

Ovviamente tutto questo ha un valore diverso per le monete con acquisto/vendita diretta di FIAT e in caso di rialzi/perdite estreme delle altcoin…
