Re: Bitcoin is it the Future of Banking ?

No I don't think it will replace fiat as the governments just won't approve due to the lack of control they can have with Bitcoin. But hey I can be wrong, anything can happen in this strange little world.
The development of bitcoin has increased, and more and more are familiar. The bitcoin transaction is very easy and fast, I think it will be a tool for transactions like banknotes, but little possibility to replace fiat money. because the government has the right and authority in each country.

Re: some of the reasons that made the bitcoin's price down
by
Suprex125
on 22/05/2018, 17:06:09 UTC
The point of strengthening or weakening of Bitcoin prices is more due to the increasing and decreasing demand and growing problems in the community.
Bitcoin has fluctuating and unstable values.

Re: Mining equipment sales expected to drop
by

Mining profits are plunging and gpus have risen in price. That has led us to surplus of overpriced gpus. Nobody is willing to buy them with mining profits low. Another thing is quick coverage of algorithms with asics, we have an asic for everything now, and with second gen it will destroy gpu profits. We need more new asic resistant algorithms,
Yeah we cannot deny that  profit in mining is lower now somehow it affects the droppings down of mining equipment  price but in the other hand it is maybe the cause of low demand  due to high supply because there are of computer companies who ares willing to manufacture GPUs.
You are right, maybe if the inventory decreases it will affect the price increase, I also agree with the GPU increase so the supply of coins especially allcoin is limited.

Re: Bitcoin to be used as world currency?

Although the Vatican leaders have searched for governments and world currencies, I think to replace the traditional money or become a world currency will not happen.
although this happens, it will take a long time and process.

Re: Is wallet security important to use?
by
Suprex125
on 13/05/2018, 19:47:54 UTC
If you choose your wallet or phone software, you need to be extra careful! Remember that bitcoins are stored inside your device. If your computer or phone breaks down, your bitcoin is gone too!

Bitcoins are not stored inside a device. The private keys, which are necessary to use/move the corresponding UTXO's (which have been confirmed on the blockchain), are stored inside your device.
A simple backup of your private keys (or better: seed) can counteract a loss of bitcoins if the device breaks.

Do you guys have a better idea to avoid theft in the wallet?

Split your holdings. Majority in a secured cold wallet and a small stack on the mobile/desktop wallet for daily purchases.
Or: Use a hardware wallet with seed being backed up in multiple secured places.

The key is to reduce the possible attack surface to a minimum.

And use your common sense. BTC's not only get stolen through digial/physical theft, but also through shitty ICO projects.
thanks for the idea you gave me so that I can secure my wallet better than anyone who wants to use it without being responsible.

Is wallet security important to use?

I once read for security wallet,
this is just for discussion how to secure the wallet. I do not think there is a security system and there will be no theft in the wallet.

If you choose your wallet or phone software, you need to be extra careful! Remember that bitcoins are stored inside your device. If your computer or phone breaks down, your bitcoin is gone too! Thieves can also take your bitcoin if it gets access. Consider the following tips to avoid losses:

Perform regular backups regularly
Save the backup on another device like in flash or another computer.
Use the encryption feature
With encryption, each transaction requires a login with a password. This prevents thieves who manage to gain access to your computer.
Do not forget the password
Losing a password equals losing your money! Wallet does not provide a password forgot feature.

Your Knowledge and Ideas will be more helpful if shared.

What are the Coins mostly used for investing in ICOs?

perhaps the most widely accepted investments in ICO are BTC, ETH, BCH, and LTC. but EOS is also now beginning to enter and expand its wings for ICO.

Re: Walmart Is Using Blockchain Tech for shipping.
by
Suprex125
on 10/05/2018, 16:47:33 UTC
A new patent filing finds retail giant Walmart seeking to utilize blockchain technology to perfect a smarter package delivery tracking system.

In an application released by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) on Thursday, Walmart describes a "smart package" that would include a device which would record information on a blockchain regarding the contents of the package, its environmental conditions, its location and more. It also suggests that its smart package could be used in tandem with other emerging technologies including "autonomous vehicles," such as drones.

The patent was first submitted in August of 2017, and notably builds on a filing Walmart submitted for a blockchain-based drone package delivery tracking system last year.

Walmart explains in the filing that online shopping has created shipping challenges for retailers, particularly with regard to perishable products requiring temperature control, thus necessitating further innovation.

we can conclude that the blockchain technology is amazing. many companies are adopting blockchain technology.
the transparency of this technology will attract customers.
