add the address posted above to your safe sender list in your settings (top right cog thing) and try again. it should work.

gotcha. yea i thought you could just do it on blockchain, but i guess you need to use the app to do it.

i thought the whole point of knowing your private key, like on a paper wallet is so you don't need wallet software.

the problem wasn't that it was sent to spam. with hotmail it gets blocked unless you add it to your safe senders list manually, now the email from the old site would simply get put in spam and not blocked. idk why the new one gets blocked..

It took me almost 2 hours to solve my reset problem. The emails (4 of them by the time I found them) were in my Spam folder. Right where SwCPoker said they might be. I was looking somewhere else. Many people had the same thing happen, so make absolutely sure that you have looked in the Spam folder.
Other clues are, did you see a message box that says something like "A reset code has been sent to your email address"? If you saw that, then the email was sent by SwCPoker, so the possibilities include
Establish email communication with support, remain calm, post your solution. It is still early in the process.
I would like an Android app, but I will take it one step at a time.

i just cleared my entire block list so nothing is being blocked my hotmail, went back and had code sent. message says sent. got nothing. repeated, same lack of result.
can i just see an example. like how do you get from the private key 1 to the public key and then the address. could you plug an equation in an xcel spreadsheet and input private keys and see the public key and address.

I don't understand why the reset is going through email. I didn't even know my account was attached to my email. Furthermore I'm having a conversation via email with support about how I'm not getting email... Wtf

still not able to get on, reset not working. and from my reply from support it seems they have no idea why its not working because they just told me to try what i've been trying. which still doesn't work today.

errrr. so i email support as suggested by micon, telling them that the password reset doesn't work for me after trying it 3 times. and they reply suggesting i try to do what i've already been trying.

ok i sent them a question a while ago asking about where to find the new client at, but found it on grindabit after never getting a reply. so didn't think to send another email to them, but i just did now.
