you have to provide a copy of the purchase order where I can see your address and a picture of your last electricity-bill and a copy of your passport to be sure it's no scam.

Da ja der Anbieter ein Unternehmen ist und Rechnung legen kann, sollte das aber ja kein Problem darstellen.
Also bitte, ein Angebot nach kaufmännischen Regeln .. so mit Bankverbindung, Firmenkopf etc.
