Re: How profitable it is possible to invest in bitcoins in the new year 2023.

There will not be much profit in 2023. Many experts say that the economy will not look good in 2023. Because the US dollar has raised interest rates, various countries have experienced economic recession. I think it is good that Bitcoin can maintain this price.

Re: Are there truly crypto whales and what are your takes on them?
by
TOM B

I came across a topic asking if people can really change their name to Bitcoin for 200btc here
and my answer was yes speaking for myself.
That very topic reminded me of an issue my brother had as he was scammed of $2000 worth of BTC but we had to track the transaction using the transaction ID on Blockchain and when tracked, we finally found the coin in a wallet containing over $600m(36754.6) worth of Bitcoin after several transactional movement.

My questions
~Are there private individuals who own and posses such amount of Bitcoin?
~Why will one posses such amount as an Individual?
~Are there any consequences to this?

I suspect that the police in many countries have a lot of Bitcoin and USDT in their hands. Are these people considered predators?
I think this should be counted, but they may only have one action, which is to find a way to sell Bitcoin.

Re: "Prepare for defation in 2023"
by
TOM B

The Federal Reserve is now watching the markets closely, and the continuity of withdrawing liquidity for a long period will accelerate avoiding deflation. It is easy to pump liquidity, but it will make it difficult to reach “healthy” inflation during the current fiscal year.

I am afraid of what is happening in China. The last thing we are waiting to see now is the return of  COVID19 with a good mutation, which means more health restrictions.
And the war that is taking place in Ukraine and the lack of control over it.
The energy crisis and its problems, especially with the European economy.

So we have enough problems to fear deflation
The problem is that almost no one is optimistic about the economic development in 2023. Many people are looking at austerity. Such sentiment will affect many people. The collective consciousness is very bleak. The unemployment rate is too high. Is COVID19 really over? I don’t think so.

Re: How Are You Preparing For 2023?
by
TOM B
on 02/01/2023, 07:23:31 UTC
We all know that 2022 has not been friendly to the cryptocurrency market, Bitcoin, being the top ranked lost over 60 percent from its all time high value.
Many altcoins have also lost more than half the value they had in 2021, the several occurrences in the cryptocurrency industry caused several bloodbath we experienced in most parts of the year 2022.

But I am optimistic concerning 2023, I foresee a major breakout for Bitcoin and several other top altcoins, and some new altcoins that are really promising..

And speaking of new altcoins, ive been investing in Renec in preparation for 2023, Renec blockchain is one of the best projects I've found so far, the project was fully launched in October 2022, since then, usage and activities on the Renec blockchain has been increasing day after after, it's one project I wouldn't want any body to miss, so I urge you all to check it, you can start your research by joining their community on discord - https://discord.gg/Vw9ykjAWGh

So, how are you preparing for 2023, what or which altcoin are you buying in preparation for 2023?
I don’t think I need to be so anxious first of all. I will consider buying some altcoins in the middle of this year, but I won’t allocate too much. The main thing is to buy Bitcoin.

Re: What would you do if you get a time machine now?

I believe that time does not exist, we just travel through billions of parallel universes in one second to produce the so-called time, so I don't need a time machine, I need to take my present seriously and make good assets of the present Configure, learn more encryption knowledge, and practice yourself.

Re: Huge Binance outflows - should we be concerned?
by
TOM B
on 29/12/2022, 05:41:51 UTC
Everyone who holds their crypto in the Binance platform should be concerned because the bankruptcy and collapse of the FTX platform is not the last, so we can expect anything, so we have to take precautions and not hold our wealth except in a cold wallet and stay away from exchange platforms, although what happened to Binance differs about FTX only what Binance witnessed is a huge number of withdrawals within a week, which is the largest number of June, in addition to that there are many prominent figures in the crypto arena who spoke against Binance that Binance does not have enough Bitcoin to cover customers deposits, also, some parties are considering filing criminal charges against Binance and its owners for failing to comply with anti-money laundering penalties, so I do not know what fate hides for Binance after this violent attack against this top platform, but we must take precautions.
Indeed, all assets should be placed in cold wallets. Hot wallets and exchanges will have problems at any time and will be attacked. I think everyone should have a cold wallet.

I have been deceived by others about Bitcoin, that is, someone in the wallet will send you coins with an address you often use, and then you will mistakenly think that this familiar address is your own, but in fact that address is not yours at all. The letters are very similar, but still different.

Re: What do you intend to tell loved ones about the bear market?
by
TOM B
on 26/12/2022, 05:28:53 UTC
During the 2021 era bitcoin price flourished and many investors made lots of profits, out of love for our family and friends it’ll be improper not to preach the crypto gospel to them. Even when they’re asking so many question and ready to invest into the market to earn like every other person did. Though I could remember, sometimes last year, telling the writer of my project who asked multiple questions about bitcoin not to buy bitcoin at 50k as he may not gain profits yet. Some of us may have inspired their loved ones to invest into bitcoin. What do you have in mind to tell them about the falling price of bitcoin during the Xmas Dinner?

Coin market cap made an article about this and how to explain things in details for them to understand. Beginning with the Terra fall, Three Arrow Capital, Celsius, down to FTX who tried to save the market, but ended up tearing the recovering bitcoin price apart. Don’t forget to add the Russia-Ukraine war as an attribute to the bear market.

What are your contributions to the right answers for people who ask questions like why the market price is so affected during the festive period?

They’ll be lots of questions to be asked by our family members who invested into cryptocurrency last year, how do we get ready for them?

https://cointelegraph.com/news/xmas-dinner-table-what-to-tell-your-family-about-what-happened-in-crypto-this-year

It is because it is a bear market now, so I told my friends that I can buy some bitcoins appropriately. Although I think this is uncontrollable, I still have confidence in the market. I think this is the right time to enter the market Yes, I know they may lose money, but I still don't want to be a person who doesn't care about others.
