Honestly, now adays huge coin supplies doesn't really help as the cryptomarkets are now hostile to ICOs and so you may end up burning a huge chunk of tokens.In my opinion you should rethink the supply.
Being in the file storage space for over 10yrs and counting means you've been comfortable with how things are going. What then do you need ICO money for?You could go on and on and probably do an IPO instead but why ICO?

Each exchange is always weary of maintaining its platform's reputation by making sure it doesn't promote scam coins etc. If you are listing for free aren't you encouraging scam coins in a way as more and more of them could list on ur exchange for nothing and can even get it promoted thus easily?

Minimum fee is better but feeless is something we have been looking for in crypto, this should be one of the project that is going to be supported however though there would be no reason for users to hold the token after all, nothing makes its price to go high. Take for instance BTC, it was wasteful coin when it comes to resources, miners will have to pay huge for their electricity bill but that also makes its price go up because not all of them are going to sell their mined coins for a low price.
How do you make this USD stable?

I'm so much enthused about your project and what it stands for. Personally i wish i could have a million of such platforms where i just invest and close my eyes and have nothing to worry about but then i think of Risk!How risky is using your platform to invest? Is the risk dependent on the instruments invested in or this is risk-free way of investing?
Such innovative payment gateways targeted at small businesses are the way to go.The major challenge i foresee is adoption by such business and thus the need for aggressive marketing strategies by the project team. I expect to also see you target developing nations which need such platforms due to the fact that they are under banked. Looking forward to updates!

Many investors lost money on this project and this is very sad about it. I Wish this project will start to make some develop soon or later.

How different is this from you guys appealing for funds from fans all over the world without doing this ICO. I feel this is merely an appeal for funds. You genuinely need funds to help meet some financial needs. If you are an International Cooperative Group, why is your website in Russian? You should have at least an English website other than your ICO site to refer on.
Purchasing housing in every country entails different procedures for a foreigner. Most of the time, a foreigner can't own a property from a foreign land.
So I don't believe about being without territorial restrictions. Did you really do your own research? Your whitepaper needs editing as well as revision of some parts.
Same issue, to say there will be no territorial hindrances is like saying you will provide a rentable commercial plane for people to rent at very cheap costs or even buy at low costs and then they can fly to any part of this world they want. I'm happy to see an honest person try not to scam people. We all have financial challenges but it takes a few to swallow their pride and ask for help. In any case, i think your ICO is worth it as there are some generous hearts out there willing to help people genuinely in need.Thumbs up

And the fact that you use pictures of famous players for the sake of your project may end up in legal proceedings once you go to the stock exchanges. From the image are copyrighted which you have said or bought. Be careful with that guys.
