Usually new wallets like Ecex Bitmart and ExchangeRate offer the concept of free listings because it will also benefit them,

You can see the value of your tokens in coinmarketcap and ethplorer and to sell them you must first send the token from your MEW to the Exchanger.

I see Bitcoin is no longer profitable if you invest in small amounts, I advise you to try investing in new token that ICO just finished and NOT in ICO project.

I think nothing like it, As we already know MyEtherWallet is a wallet for erc20 tokens which in its transactions require a certain amount of Ethereum as fuel,

I think that is the thing that might happen, There is no bounty that there is no cheating in it, And the way that can be done by Bounty Manager or Developer is to minimize the occurrence of cheating as much as possible,
