Why there is not a single mention of satellites in white paper when satellites are part of ZENON presentation on website?

Hi, was doing a short research about this project and still have few unanswered questions, can anyone help answering these?:

- Is there any hint on who is behind the team and how are they funded? Where are they from, (SPECULATION: Professor Z - Isn't it Professor Aviv Zohar?)
- Can anyone give me real world use cases of Zenon when in full operability/mainet?
- Is there something like graph of top wallets, number of all wallets and their sizes in percentage?
- What is the closest crypto or competitor that has working mainet or is working on the same protocols/use cases?

Thanks

Did anyone hear of FreeBrie? Its a SaaS-based platform offering a decentralized system for data synchronization, online file management, and backup. Or should I say, it was. As far as I know its out of business.

Here is the list of FreeBrie members that are also members of Universa team:

Alexander Borodich - CEO Universa // chief marketing officer FreeBrie
Alexander Myodov - lead developer Universa // chief technology officer FreeBrie
Vadim Kovrigin - lead developer Universa // lead web developer  FreeBrie

FreeBrie Is a previous project of Borodich and some of his developers. Does anyone know why has it failed, and why should we trust they are going to be succesful now?

Guys, will crypto-exchanges automatically exchange UTNP to UTN? Is there any information about this? As in this case, with the choice: to stay with the UTNP or get UTN? (I heard that there will be an opportunity to choose)
Sure, you can choose UTN or UTNP, as far as I understand UTNP is for trading only, and you should choose UTN if you plan to hold for a long time. So it is not very hard to decide, actually

From what you say its obvious to take UTNP, the one tradeable on the exchanges. Since you can change it back to UTN in the future.

Also, if more people will get UTNP now, doesnt that mean more people can dump the price than before ?

Yes Universa dropped the ball on creating a website that updates that info to say early June. People shouldn’t have to come to Telegram to find out the status.

Thats correct, They raised 28 million dollars and cant afford someone to update their website and this thread with relevant informations ? They should understand that a lot of people are coming from coinmarketcap, first thing they visit is Website than this thread, both are not updated since ICO. Makes possible supporters, investors feel like this project is dead ...

Is it just my feeling or it looks like Universa has some kind of "blessing" from the government and people in power. (so far)

Russian government is not very crypto friendly, as far as I was able to read on the internet. Why universa is different ?

Can anyone tell me how decentralized is this Universa Blockchain ?

Since,
In Universa, proof-of-state (not to be confused with proof-of-stake) mechanism is used instead of a more commonly implemented proof-of-work system. A change in state change is verified by a trusted actor and approved by consensus in ten milliseconds or less. Each separate contract maintains its own chain of state, so a contract can perform actions asynchronously without affecting other contracts. The combined changes of state form a directed acyclic graph, which makes up the blockchain itself.

The proof-of-state system and the licensed nodes can be perceived as moving away from decentralization. This mechanism is meant to develop a convenient business solution in a broad sense, which can "break the very philosophy of the blockchain."

So who is that trusted actor, how can one become "licensed" node ? Does that mean I will have to pay to universa to become a node, can they refuse someone who wants to be a node ?. Looks like it wont be so easy to become a node like in bitcoin and Universa team is going to decide who will be validating the transactions and who wont ? Explane someone please. Thx

Would like to know how much decentralization Universa sacrifies for speed. Anyone capable of answering the question?

What is required to be a "trusted node" (licensed node) ? Who can become trusted actor, and how many trusted actors are going to validate 1 change of state?

Who is going to control and approve the nodes ?

Talking about a dollar per coin is of course nonsense at this moment, but I am pretty sure they will trade above the ICO price. Maybe they are a little bit late to the party.

But if they are going to anounce some cooperations and partnerships, they may get some traction.

Sorry, but Cheatcoin sounds like a bad joke to me, I would consider rebranding.
Is this coin better in any way than RaiBlocks?
Why its not asic proof if its mineable coin?
How much are tx fees, How many tx/s can it support?

I am amazed how much FUD is being spread in this threat, that makes me very positive. Since the FUD is obviously artificial, very suspicious ...

When will coin reach exchanges?

This is from their FAQ section on webpage.

When will Universa be listed on exchanges?

We do not have any comments with regard to exchanges.

I am interested about this coin too.
Are they trying to compete with  ETH,EOS,ADA,NEO and others that are focusing Dapps and Smart Contracts ?

XRB is the most worthy investment altcoin at the moment because I am sure the XRB will soon be listed on Binance and I am keeping a lot of XRB from 6 months ago. I hope the XRB could soon reach $ 50 in 2018 because big investors are very interested in this altcoin

You are dreaming.  Here we have a thread where gmaxwell and other inveterate cryptocurrency developers point out that XRB in inherently insecure.  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1219264  These problems cannot be ignored and no serious exchange can list a coin like this (suicide).

So why would Binance even list XRB for voting Huh If they didnt consider XRB viable for listing, they would not put them on the voting list right?

So looks like Binance is not considering XRB insecure...

whats wrong with the explorer link of XRB? https://raiblocks.net/page/summary.php I am trying to visit here but did not working.its long time loading.......

They say it has infinite scalability... never been true. They can't handle more than 10.000tx/day (current max while they advertise 7000ts/s).

Infinite scalability is in theory, in real world you will run into problems with slow hardware, internet, maybe consensus voting slowdown.

Decentralized 7000ts/s would be really something great. Till we run into problems with scalability, XRB is going to sit on BTCs place. In case everything will go well ofc.

BitGrail   XRB/BTC   *** $22 391 000   *** $1,28   0.00%   Recently

*** Price/Volume Excluded - Outlier Detected

The 24 trading volume shows only 6,8 million. Does that mean Bitgrail was manipulating market? Or can someone explain what does it mean Outlier Detected ?
