Re: PhoenixMiner 6.2c: fastest Ethereum/Ethash miner with lowest devfee (Win/Linux)

The new beta version is ready. It is mostly a bugfix release, the more significant upgrades are coming next month. You can download PhoenixMiner 6.3b from here:

PhoenixMiner_6.3b_Windows.zip
PhoenixMiner_6.3b_Linux.tar.gz

The new features in this release are:

  • Full LHR disable mode -lhrdis <n>  1 - yes (default), 0 - no

  • RTX 3060 LHR       ~ 50 MH/s
  • RTX 3060 Ti LHR       ~ 60 MH/s
  • RTX 3070 LHR       ~ 60 MH/s
  • RTX 3070 Ti LHR       ~ 81 MH/s
  • RTX 3080 10GB LHR   ~ 98 MH/s
  • RTX 3080 Ti LHR       ~ 120 MH/s

  • Dual mining TON

  • Fixed an issue with expired SSL certificate that led to "certificate verify failed" errors when connecting to some pools (notably Ethermine) when using SSL connections
  • Show the GPU vendor name in the list of GPUs to make it easier to identify the GPUs
  • Added support for the latest AMD Linux drivers 21.40.1. There are some bugs in these drivers, particularly the clocks and voltages can't be set properly with older
    cards (RX4x0/RX5x0/Vega/RadeonVII)
  • Validated support for the latest AMD Windows drivers up to 21.11.2
  • Fixed issues with AMD RX6700XT cards with the latest AMD and Linux drivers
  • Fixed issues with AMD Vega and Radeon VII cards on latest Windows and Linux drivers
  • Fixed crash with very old Nvidia drivers (3xx.x)
  • Other fixes and small improvements

Known issues (driver incompatibilities, etc.) and workarounds:

If you are using Linux drivers 21.40.1 with Radeon VII cards, you need to add the option -fpwm 1 in order to have proper fan control.
AMD Linux drivers 21.40.1 has finally removed the requirement of PCIe atomics but there are problems when you try to mix Polaris (RX4x0/5x0) cards and Vega or newer cards on the same rig.
Some Nvidia cards will report a lot of stale shares under Windows 11. Using the same driver version under Windows 10 resolves the issue.

Yes, im following this coin also. If we look at all the other coins it somehow promotes the division between us people, the big busuninesses and the government. However this coin is the first to provide service not only to us people but also the government and the big businesses as well. This made me curious and made me fall in love with this coin. Thank you for the video, it gave me hope for my investment

You should have high hopes for this investment! It's the big deal and still we are the early ones, which is exciting! Also, the staking rewards are really great.. I stake 300 LUX and I'm getting like 0.5LUX a day, which is pretty decent. I'm not tech enough to do some mining, but I sure appreciate that Proof of stake concept, where you get rewarded for holding your coins  Wink

LUXCoin , 30Millions marketcap, bright future in 2018!

Hey guys,

I'm an online poker player who has been following Doug Polk, a famous professionnal poker player, for a while now. I also been in the crypto space for a couple months and have alot of relatively low marketcap projects I am really excited about like NEBL or DeepBrain chain  that has a marketcap of around 300Millions with alot of room for growth. But yesterday, Doug posted a video on LUXCoin and it's really promising project that still only has 30million marketcap, and that is all around pretty solid IMO. It is available only on cryptopia, which means it should increase alot when it hits bigger exchanges. You guys familiar with this coin?

Here is the video I'm talking about:

Selling my unverified Bitfinex account 0.05BTC
by

Hey,

Just heard bitfinex new accounts have a 10kdeposit limit restrictions and I happen to have an account that I don't really use anymore, so I would be ready to let it go. You can tell me the E-mail address you want me to link it to, and after that I'll give you password, that you can change and then enable 2FA authentification, so there is no way for me to recover it. Write me in private if you are interested, we can obv use escrow to ensure safe and smooth transaction!

Question about proof of stake NEBL
by
Talbot49
on 09/01/2018, 23:58:00 UTC
Hey,

I have been holding a good bag of NEBL but I do not understand completely how the proof of stake works.. I know that we generate a weight and some sort of raffle ticket when our wallet is online and staking, and that number grows after 24h up to 7 days, but I was wondering if the «weight» I accumulated will be kept if I transfer them now? And for example now it says that the estimated time is 42 days until I get a reward.. I know it is an estimation but what prize should I expect when/if I win? Is it significant?

Thanks for your help

The way stratis has been acting the last couple days, every post that says STRAT is a sleeping giant were right, it's about to blow up and people have an eye on it now.. Even with BTC wildness, it's going up now.. Strong team with great updates about to come up, there is only one destination possible: moon  Grin
I agree in 100 percent. Stratis is a very cool coin with cool ideas and huge potential

Definitely. If you hold STRAT you are not even affected by BTC little corrections right now... Mark my words, once BTC settles down it's going past 20$ like it's nothing.

Re: Waves vs Stratis
by
Talbot49
on 23/12/2017, 23:33:39 UTC
To be honest that is exactly the 2 coins I had investments in going into january and I really didnt know which one would be the best, I was waiting for the NG activation for waves, but even with that and the 10k waves giveaway on Binance, it is struggling to go up.. You still can't make waves transfers and it still seems a little bit too beta, that's why I think it's not picking up.. STRAT is though right now, and their platform is easy to use and FAST. So short term I would say stratis.

Re: Etherdelta has bn hacked

If you haven't visited the site today can your tokens on EtherDelta still be stolen?

I doubt this is the case.. I think the only one who will lose some coins/tokens are the one who entered their private address on etherdelta in the 30min-1hour window where the hacker was phishing.. The thing is it was saying we got logged out, so some people tried to import their account back and wrote their private keys.. I also have hundreds of tokens in my etherdelta but I believe in the end there won't be that much that will be stolen.. but it still sucks if you are the one who have been..

QASH worth investing?
by
Talbot49
on 16/12/2017, 17:37:46 UTC
Dunno anything about them TBH but just saw them listed on bitfinex and they don't have a high market cap so there is room for growth I guess..They just entered the market though so it's obv risky.. I see it's chinese, so if it useful there, there is so much people that it could go up. Is there arguments for them being a good long term investment?
