Do you really trust chart analyst?lot of people predict bitcoin price with chart analyst.but i don't trust them.i think bitcoin price and other crypto price depend on supply, demand and NEWS.
Which kind of supply & demand you mention about?
About the news, yes it has a big influence to move the trend on the market, with this trend, supply or demand will occur according to the movement of the news coming.

Re: Careful with Social Media Tips

I will not takes any signal or tips from social media, i would prefer creates some acct on some big exchanges such Binance, Bitfinex, Coinbase, etc. then monitoring some members chat and movement coin graph of following day before taking decision to buy/sell. Because based on my experiences sometimes panic selling was creates by some people to makes price getting more cheap before they getting re-buy again, so they will more have many profit just by doing this.

Re: Another large scale altcoin dump and bitcoin price was brought down!

I don't think there is some real connection between altcoin and Bitcoin market. Yes, trends on both influence each other but on the other hand each of them is functioning independent and I don't think that solving some issues on the altcoin market would necessary influence Bitcoin market in positive way and prevent it from dumping. There are many other factors that cause dumps and corrections.
That kind of connection between altcoin and Bitcoin market that would beat negative influence on both sides isn't achievable.
I think it has connection, trend market are influence by Bitcoin movement. Whether pump/dump on altcoin market can influence on Bitcoin price, i don't think so. But Bitcoin pump/dump affected much on altcoin market. I think to solves this, people need to give knowledge about how doing safe trading by not following trend pump and dump from some groups on social media.

Re: How to regulate crypto?
by
Tamboran

Some level of regulation is needed, especially if we with to see crypto more as a currency. First, cryptos must be very stable(for example tether, which usually stays in the $1 equivalence zone). Regulation will mean that volatility should reduce remarkably. And here is the case market is driven by demand and supply. It becomes extremely monumental to control forces of demand and supply of fixed coin/tokens in a decentralized environment.
I think we can't make it become stable if you mean by price. Because it has depend on supply and demand on the market, so there is nothing to comparing Bitcoin with USD value or any local fiat just if want to be regulate it.
But i was interesting if regulation could be makes in some level, such an example accepting Bitcoin as digital currency with such tax term condition or what about only some fields business that can accept Bitcoin as digital payment likes Retailer shopping, Hotels, travel agent, exchanges currency, etc.

Re: How foolish are people who invest in Bitcoin?

Maybe yes for some people who made the decision to buy Bitcoin when it price was 15k$ then when market fall they got panic and sell all at 8k$, what really happened to this person? He is trapped in the fud of people who don't have tru believes in Bitcoin.
Today, the price has around 6k$, if we want to do something stupid analysis, how much chance that Bitcoin will be going to worthless and fall more dip to 5k/4k/3k$ or more dip rather than Bitcoin will have to recover and bull trend makes it to 10k/15k/20k$ or even more in 1 year or 2 years. Of course the answer is the value of Bitcoin is likely to rise, what we need now is many good news as a trigger for the market to react to the green area, all of us certainly still wait and believe on that.

Public facilities and infrastructure, such as: roads, bridges, schools, hospitals. Military defense and security, employee salaries, food and fuel oil subsidies, etc. We need taxes to finance it all, because government resources from businesses that are managed are certainly limited, and the public must take part in accelerating the construction of facilities and operational costs.

Re: Why spend time in bitcoins?

Do you have a good analysis of the stock market or similar? If yes, then you certainly will not experience difficulties if you decide entering the Bitcoin market. Everyone certainly has a dream to get a good profit, but everything is not as easy looks like. Trading in the Bitcoin market can be an easy thing if you are experienced, but if you don't, then take a decision wisely.

Re: WHAT HAPPENS WHEN NO ONE SELLS BUT HODL?

Everyone has different plan and needs. When you hear the HODL, it does not mean for 1 week or 1 month, but for at least 1 year, why does this become our problem the price starts to fall, because we are provoked by the media and the existing fud. Stop making confusion, because an investor should have confidence if he takes HODL action so he is not affected by the current or tomorrow's situation.

Re: 3000 Bitcoins ATM worldwide !!!!
by
Tamboran
on 07/08/2018, 04:08:36 UTC
Number of BTC ATMs is unquestionably increases every day, but when you look at map of available ATMs approximately 2500 of the total 3100 is located in North America, 1972 in USA and 535 in Canada. I think that this fact speaks for itself, we are far away to see much better coverage in other part of the world. For instance one small European country Austria have 178 locations, and so-called most friendly county Japan only 11 locations.

Bitcoin ATMs by Country
I think coinatmradar still not updates, i lived in Indonesia but when i was coming along to Bali i didn't found the ATM as showing at map, and i think the data's for some big country such as Canada and USA, it could be more than the number showing. Bitcoin has been growing fast in North Americas and Europe, so from this 2 regions only i can predict it could have more that 3,000 ATM.
