The new version is finally ready. You can download PhoenixMiner 5.8a from here:

https://phoenixminer.info/downloads/PhoenixMiner_5.8a_Windows.zip
https://phoenixminer.info/downloads/PhoenixMiner_5.8a_Linux.tar.gz

Changes in version 5.8a :
  • Added lock core clock
  • Fixed an issue causing crashing with some RTX 3060/3080/3090 cards
  • Implemented new "turbo" kernels (-clkernel 3) for AMD Polaris cards that can work with the current DAG sizes over 4 GB. Note that -clkernel 3 uses double the VRAM and will
provide slightly faster hashrate with slightly higher power consumption. You can use the -rvram command-line parameter to specify how much VRAM to be left unused
  • Increased the maximum supported DAG epoch to 600 (i.e. until about Sep 2023)
  • Implemented full hardware control for AMD RX6900/6800/6700 cards under Linux. Note that with these cards under Linux you need to specify relative core voltage: e.g. -
cclock -50 will set the core voltage to be 50 mV under the default value
  • Added ROCr kernels for Vega, Radeon VII and Navi cards. With these kernels you will be able to run these cards with Linux drivers 20.45 and later but the performance will
be lower than with the older PAL drivers and kernels. We recommend using AMD Linux driver 20.30 for all cards except RX6900/6800/6700
  • Fixed an issue causing crashing with some RX6900/6800/6700 cards under Linux (there is no need to run these cards with -clkernel 0 anymore)
  • Added support for AMD Windows drivers up to 21.8.1. Note that Radeon VII cards will not work with drivers 21.6.1 or higher - you need to use older drivers for proper
    operation of these cards
  • Added support for AMD Linux drivers up to 21.20 (use older drivers for Vega or Radeon VII cards as they will not work with 21.20). Note that the latest 21.30 drivers are
not supported (and the initial testing shows that even the older Polars cards are not working properly with them, so avoid 21.30 for now)
  • Numerous other fixes and small improvements

Please let us know if you have any problems or questions related to PhoenixMiner 5.8a

Does it mean the prizes will go out not by the game of chances but exactly for the top 10 wagering accounts?

It difficult to understand what you are asking. All the existing games remain the same and then the wagering contest is a promotion we are running in addition to that.
I do understand that. The question is, if this new contest will pay out strictly the top 10 wagering users depending on their total wagering volume or this will take in account any other factors (like total won/lost, won/lost in a single spin, random etc.).

Looks like the problem is not fixed completely as error 502 is still occurring for me or the rolls are working but extremely sloooow (both on FreeBitcoin and FreeDogecoin).

On the other hand, I’d like to state that all my experience (not very long though, about 15 months or so) as well as everything I’ve heard or read absolutely approve this project’s reputation. Actually, if you believe in crypto you may stay assured on FreeBitco.in (and vice versa lol).

Keep calm and carry on :].

Just a short message here to confirm the receipt of "Lottery 144" email and refund. (Not one of those 7-digits one though even 15k returned mean much for a loyal customer.)

Keep up the good work guys!

I'm pretty sure FreeBitco.in is a tasty morsel for hackers so the site should have decent protection against attackers. It was down on my record previously, let's hope we'll stand tall :].

BTG fork is done as the 491,407 block has been mined: bit(.)ly/BTGFork

Looking forward for the FreeBitco.in statement on getting our coins. Or, even better, on converting them to BTC as in BCC scenario :].

Not sure if their wallet is ready but I sure hope I'll get these coins along with shitwig2x so I wont have to withdraw from freebitco.in to my core wallet.
Yeah. And what we surely need is not to miss the advance notice of when FreeBitco.in will pause withdrawal/deposits prior the fork date :].

You can use this URL to mine from different devices without needing to log in to your FreeBitco.in account

Is that URL safe to share publicly? It seems not as it contains authentication hash that may or may not be used to login on your account?

Sure. The mining site reveals your user ID but no other data about your account. No indication of your balance or profile information. And you'll notice that there are no menu options either.

Why would you want to share the mining URL publicly? You planning to convince people to mine for you?
I think if your planning to publicly send your url for people to mine for you, people will not do that because they will earn nothing from it.

It's a good way to run it on machines without having to login (i.e., without leaving credentials exposed).
Also, I'm pretty sure there are many ppl who would like to leave the mining working on their office comps in the night hrs.

Thanks that explains it. I just wondered if it was restricted to certain browsers or something. I didn't want to miss out.
Absolutely!

And actually, it works even on iPhone :]

Just quoting the site:

Please note that this feature is currently experimental and is only available to a limited number of users. Once it is rolled out across the website, we shall be able to increase the mining rewards further.

Oh yeah, finally! Pretty sure many of us talked/thought about this, my congratulations to everyone, FreeBitcoin is still the true champion around there — and by a landslide =].

Thanks @wetsuit and the team! My only suggestion though: please please re-check your security system to defend against those pesky hackers who definitely will try to break in.

Once again, great work! As always :].

If you win in MULTIPLY BTS percentage decreases. If you lose the percentage increases. This is a bug or a stupid mechanic.
Certainly encountered this bug after loosing a small fortune of 0.028 =].

Percents are DECREASING on every MULTIPLY (not only FREE) BTC win.

Hi Bitcoinker,

Today, after two-week claiming (and collecting 30k satoshi) I've got this message:
Quote
Your address was disabled
What does it mean (and what should I do)?

Also, when I started to use your faucet I saw you give 25% referral but now it shows up only 15%. Not that I'm greatly concerned on that but...
