Cannot tell you much cause i've only experience 2 crypto exchange. But i will give you a short review for those exchange. First i used poloniex and its good before it has a chat box for all users which is very unique cause you can know what is happening or what are the thoughts of other investor within the market but the developers remove it eventually. I dont have any issue at all using poloniex but i notice that time that the user of polo are dercreasing so i transfer all of my asset to bittrex and until now i am using it. In Bittrex you can experience the a real trading cause they have a lot of tools and chart indicators that can help to annalyze the market though poloniex also have indicators but in bittrex it has all you need. So i must say these two exchange have a good platform for trading.
I would not recommend you to invest on ICO cause most of them are just scam (i'm not particularly pertaining to all ICO). Invest on good projects that has proven its worth or value such as ETH, LTC or XRP. The best thing you can do is make your own research on which coin you think can generate profit for you.

In all of my trades im setting my sell order on 20 to 30% gain. I prefer a small profit and it works for me.

When performing a trade you have to be discipline dont over react to the trend. Patience is what you need to be successful on this field. Make a method or strategy that works for you.

Yes bitcoin is a good way to invest your money because it can grow your money in the future and you can earn more. There are many people already became wealthy by being consistent on using and trusting bitcoin and it can happen to anyone that is the reason why i tried it too. And so far i am not frustrated nor disappointed.

Bitcoin trading and Trading in your countries local exchange or forex is not different so all the startegy on forex can also be applied on bitcoin. Just consult youtube or google cause it can help you a lot in terms of trading.
What is your strategy in trading? When you buy any alt coin how long do you hold and on what percentage you sell it?
My strategy is just simple i buy on deeps and when im selling 20% is enough for me i dont want to be greedy small gains are better than losing.

No. i will hold until it rise and reach my target price cause i am not a short term trader. You can do the cut loss thing if you can manage the loss or you are good and confident enough that you can regain the loss on losing your trades.
That was my mistake when i was a newbie in trading but through seminars and books i read it helped me to be a better trader. You can monitor any stoks every minute if you want but you have to be discipline in performing your trades.
Bitcoin can help jobless people to still have an income. Also, transactions can be made easier and faster through the help of bitcoin since that is one of the advantages of having bitcoin. Bitcoin has a lot opportunities.

Dont buy at this current price just hold if the price goes down then try to buy some but dont sell at this time or you might regret it.
