Open following Path:
C:\Users\your username\AppData\Roaming\HomeBlockCoin
there is a file named "wallet.dat"
Backup this file.
Delete HomeBlockCoin Folder.
Install Desktop Wallet and recover "wallet.dat"
That's all.

No one can buy coins, so how is this possible.
