Re: Money for school fees. Invested in bitcoin.

Hi there! I just need your advice. I invested the money instead of paying my school fees. Yeah, i know this is wrong because education is more important to us and it can't be stealed from us, i'm still studying but my fees will be doubled on the next payment. But i believe this will end a good result. What do you think about this ? Your advice will be highly appreciated. Thanks!

Even the people I personally know who's been in trading for a long time still suffered loses from time to time in trading because of its unpredictable price but here you are taking a bold risk. Goodluck buddy!

Re: Trading with - and + percentage (%)
by

on 26/01/2018, 14:36:57 UTC
Hello,

I kwow it is profitable to buy when the price is low and sell when the price is high.
What I see in the currency exchange I am trading on are 24 hr percentages.
Sometimes the percentages show a 'minus' -, and sometimes they show a 'plus' +.

Is it a goog idea (when you think in terms of profit) to buy a coin when the percentage shows for example -5% and then sell when the percentage shows +5%?

Thanks

Its a good idea to buy when the price percentage is negative but NOT the idea that you have that when you buy at -5% then sell it at +5%, you will gonna stock in that coins for a long time. The percentage shown in exchange is not what you think it is, so better study the candle stick and make youre own calculation base on the candle stick.

Re: Trading by follow signals. Is it good?

on 25/01/2018, 10:46:06 UTC
Hi everyone, I'm just start trading and I don't have too much experience in chart or technical analyse. So I joined some signal groups with monthly fee. Is it good, in your opnion?
I hear about Alanmaster and his VIP signal, anyone hear about him or join his VIP member. Since I want to try so it's good if I have some feedback about it.
Thanks  Grin

I haven't joined a paid signal group but I joined a free signal group (which later on, turn-out paid group) and with my experience I can say that it wont help you grow as a trader. The best you can do is learn little by little, dont rush, dont be afraid to make mistake.

All signal group have common factor, they only give signal when the price of coin/s is RED, which is you can simply do it yourself without joining any signal group.

Re: Best day trading strategies

I'm new to cryptocurrency trading and still I'm leaning it. I watched some YouTube videos and learnt something about day trading. But, I think still it is not enough to ehter to the market. I want to learn some strategies which make more profits. Please tell me, if anybody knows a good place to learn day trading, candlestick chart analysis and those things.

Day trading is a "High Risk, High Return" strategy, my only advice is dont be greedy, set youre goal to minimum, when you get lucky trade DONT ASSUME you get the pattern and go all-in because there is no pattern and youre just lucky.

bitcoin still considered an unsecured investment, one of the reason why our government reluctant to support cryptocurrencies. Even thou bitcoin itself is safe from hacker, we cant denied that possibility exist that one day bitcoin will be gone like bubble because it live in digital world and we dont have hard copy of our investment.

Government banned (or not supporting) bitcoin because

1. They dont gain tax from bitcoin.
2. Its decentralized, they cant control it.
3. Its not a secure investment.

Re: Pump and Dump. How to make a profit?
by

on 20/01/2018, 07:12:20 UTC
"You can ride the dump but NEVER ride the pump" when you see the price is all red (or some called it bloodbath) you can buy coins without worry (except for shitcoin of course) thats the start of the dump, BUT when you see the price started to green and you did not start from the dump price, NEVER buy from that coin or never attempt to join the pump. This is a lesson i learned the hard way.

I really doubt there is such a tool, if it does, then trading is not profitable as today. There is no easy way in trading, you have to learn it yourself either the easy way by reading some experts advice or the hard when you make mistake. Also since you are looking for that kind of tool, i think you will stumble in a thing they called "Signal Group" and be advice it will not do any good so dont fall for there bit.

Re: How to determine the 'exact-moment-price' of a coin ?
by
TeamUp
on 20/01/2018, 04:48:49 UTC
there is no way to know the "exact" price of any coin because the developer of coins does not control the price but the trader/holder/buyer/seller itself, its not centralize so no one control the price. Price will always vary from different different exchange.

Re: Bitcoin or Altcoin

If you compare the growth of top altcoins like ETH and LTC to BTC you can see that altcoins grow faster than BTC in its time. So given about 2-3years with the current speed growth of ETH maybe the price of ETH will be much higher than the BTC.

Re: How to find good cryptos?
by
TeamUp
on 20/01/2018, 03:42:50 UTC
Hi,

there are so many cryptos and I find it hard to identify the ones where I should have a closer look.
Obviously one can find cryptos e.g. by listening to shilling on Reddit. But I'm looking for more professional sources like YouTube channels, free/ paid Telegram/Discord groups and so on. What do you use?

To find a good crypto to invest in, you should do you're own intensive research in crypto itself and dont depend on other opinions. I think what you are looking for is a "Signal Group" but be advice that this group does not do any good, if you want to stay long in Cryto Trading then its best if you learn it yourself how the market move.

Just think of if as expensive lesson, Its not a waste since it taught you a very important lesson. It might be possible to return to the price you bought it, but who knows when will it come? specially if you bought it during its highest pump price? Next time stick to top 100 coins and dont be fooled again

I was waiting for this price down since my friend told me, almost every January BTC price will be drop down and it would be the best chance to profit, then 2 days ago market price start to turn red, good coins start to drop down by 15%, and thought to myself this is the moment, use all my reserve funds to buy coins, then yesterday market price drop down drastically! F^*&CK!!! If only I knew that 2 days ago price drop down is only tip of an iceberg!!

So to my fellow HODLer! A little bit more and the market is recovering

Do the exchanges charge fees if you send an order and cancel it before it gets filled?

In Cryptopia it doest not. Also i really doubt any exchange will charge you fee when you cancel order, If it does, then you will lose all youre investment in "cancel fee" rather than you lose you're investment because the price of coins falls down.

this current bloodbath is just like a tip of an iceberg, a few days ago when the price of  almost coins started to drop down I just use all my reserve funds to buy coins hoping I will do a good trade since the price of coins is low but then yesterday it drop down drastically beyond expectation. Lucky for those who buy at very low price. Hopefully it will recover soon

In my opinion, Yes it is the right time to buy bitcoin. No one really knows how far bitcoin will go down, it may down to 7k or it might jump high again a few hours, no one really knows.
