Right, but what are the high and low rates I should be looking for for trading?

I recently bought a bit more Bitcoin, and i mainly deal with BTC/DOGE, so I'm familiar with the conversion rates.

I don't deal with LTC much really, so I was wondering what the typical highs and lows are of BTC/LTC for trading.

Is there any general direction I should be going off in for level 7? It's kinda vague.

No hints? I have no idea what they're even asking for. I've tried 10 different dates.
