Re: What is a Quality Post?

I personally judge that quality posts are posts that always benefit others, even though the writing is irregular or the punctuation is wrong, the most important thing is the intent and purpose of the post.

Re: Your take on Bitcoin adoption trust issues
by
Techkoy407
on 12/11/2022, 01:40:03 UTC
Today I had an opportunity in engaging with some youths, Immediately after Church service, discussing the future of Bitcoin, Their knowledge so far, And what their expectations are.

After long discussion, I found out that a lot of misinformation has be spread to those young lads about Bitcoin, How violating it is, how it can rekt someone, and lot more

Based on the conversation, I found out that the biggest challenge currently within Bitcoin adoption in those Communities is trust issues, It's extremely difficult and hard for people to agree and come to term with anything that has to do with Bitcoin most especially as a result of those government approved school scheme for sensitization about the danger of digital currencies, Thereby corrupting the minds of those young ones

What do you think one can do, to educate those young ones, And drive the point that with all honestly, Bitcoin isn't as bad as they think it is?
If teaching children about bitcoin adoption, it is a bit difficult in my experience, because children tend to not understand, and don't really care about finances.

but if you want to be taught, maybe the first thing to teach is to save money first, from the rest of their allowance, even though little by little they collect money, but that's a good thing.

after being able to raise money, then introduce them to crypto, and invest.
and guide investing using the proceeds
savings, and don't forget to teach about the risks of investing in crypto.

Re: Borrowing against your coins a bad or good practice?
by
Techkoy407
on 12/11/2022, 01:27:19 UTC
Hi BTT famz, is it a good idea to borrow against your crypto assets? Is there anyone practising this right now? What are the risks involved in doing this? Is Defi borrow and lending the best way to go because I know some are centralised.
investing with borrowed money, it's not good and more risky, because no one knows whether your investment is successful or not.
because in investing I always stay away from risk as much as possible.
and I also just started investing, I invest little by little, but use my own money, not borrowed results, so I'm calmer when the market goes down and more happy when I get profits.

Re: As a newbie how can i invest in Bitcoin
by

on 12/11/2022, 01:21:22 UTC
Though am a beginner and I found this forum interested, and I believe that it's the best platform for me,and I still don't understand the modes of operations and ethics and kind of investment on this platform.
Bitcoin over the years friends have told me the positive impact and implications,so my fellow members, pls put a brother true,if am too early to invest or not
I relay on your advice and explanation to have great hope and the mind to continue and to also inform others about this, just as I was told by a friend.
bitcoin is always open to the public, the important thing is that you first learn about crypto/bitcoin and invest.

it's never too late to invest in bitcoin, because investing is not about being late, but about our willingness to invest.

Re: Your motive for giving
by
Techkoy407
on 10/11/2022, 23:45:42 UTC
The reason I give is because I want to help others.
because if you give help, don't expect what is given will give back.
because basically it's our obligation as human beings, to help each other.
if you give with the motive of one day wanting to be given again, that's not good, because if what is given doesn't give back to us, it will definitely grow a sense of revenge, and be reluctant to give again.
so in essence, giving must be with sincerity, even if we give a plate of rice, with a sincere heart, it is already extraordinary.
rather than giving a lot, but in the end revenge, because the giver does not give back.

Re: Not like China: Hong Kong reportedly wants to legalize crypto trading
by
Techkoy407
on 10/11/2022, 23:35:54 UTC
Hong Kong is taking action to regain its status as a global cryptocurrency hub by launching several legal initiatives related to the crypto industry:
https://cointelegraph.com/news/not-like-china-hong-kong-reportedly-wants-to-legalize-crypto-trading
The territory of Hong Kong includes a group of small islands not far from mainland China.

Until 1997, Hong Kong was a British colony, which was then ceded to China.

Since then, Hong Kong and China have become one country with two systems.

Hong Kong or officially the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, has its own government, flag and currency.

Source: compass

But even so, Hong Kong remains under Chinese rule, so there will definitely be opposition, from the Chinese government.

Re: Freedom of speech soon to become a mirage. Will Bitcoin still be here by 2030?
by
Techkoy407
on 10/11/2022, 04:58:42 UTC
bitcoin in my opinion will still exist, with the progress of the times like now, bitcoin will continue to grow and develop.
Internet users are increasingly crowded, as well as many digital transactions have been practicing.
and it's all bound to more or less lead
on progress.

the number of Indonesian crypto asset customers reached 7.5 million people late last year. The number has almost doubled compared to 2020, which was only four million people.

That's a significant feature and a positive thing for crypto/bitcoin.

Re: I am seem to be jobless and not bothered.
by
Techkoy407
on 10/11/2022, 04:47:53 UTC
And I was wondering, are there other people like me who are facing such mistaken thoughts and view from persons around their neighborhood towards them and how are they handling it.
[/qtuote]
You're not the only one who has experienced such an incident, in the area where I live it's also the same, here the majority of people work every day, some work in factories, offices, farmers, sell in shops and build houses or something like that.

while I'm just at home every day, but I have money, from my trading results in bitcoin and other crypto.
people automatically wonder, where do I get my money from, and sometimes someone says I'm lazy, because they think I only use my parents' money, even though I'm at home, I still work, invest in bitcoin, have a YouTube channel ,and I'm active on Instagram.

but I understand what they say, because in my area not many people know about crypto investing and the like, so I don't think badly of them.

Re: Dealing with food waste
by
Techkoy407
on 10/11/2022, 01:41:20 UTC
You have to learn from your mistakes, because you seem to have done it more than once.
throwing food away is not a good thing, because out there there are many people who are looking for a mouthful of rice with difficulty.

my advice you should learn more about management, finance and your needs.
because if in buying food you like to overdo it, surely in other respects it will be the same.

Re: How do we raise our kids in this kinda society
by
Techkoy407
on 10/11/2022, 01:34:29 UTC
Society nowadays doesn't seem like anything we grew up in, it's so complex and diverse that I can't help but wonder if this is where my kids are going to grow up and how do I manage.
While growing up fraudulent activities, prostitution, and others were seen as heinous crimes whereas today it is seen as a norm. How do I send my children out to society even with a thorough upbringing and not be afraid not knowing what society will through at them? It frightens me. Can't help but wonder.
On the other hand, our thinking must also adapt to the activities and habits in our environment.
maybe it will be an extra job when educating our children today, because it can't be denied that it can't be avoided, indeed the era is like this.
what parents need to do with their children is very easy,

• always monitor the relationship
• educate their children with correct and qualified understanding and knowledge
• must always be there for their children, because togetherness breeds love.

Re: Were we just kids or have times changed?
by
Techkoy407
on 10/11/2022, 01:25:45 UTC
My thoughts went back to the conversations we used to have amongst ourselves while we were kids about how just a million of our national currency could change our life and make us rich. Currently seeing how things are and how a million of your national currency will not be enough to change our economic situation completely and make us rich, were we just being kids then and didn't know much about the value of money, or have things become really bad and times changed that one million of our national currency does not have value as much as it used to have?
from my experience, it's because the value of the currency has decreased, and in my country, in the 90s-now the value of the currency has fallen very far, so your thoughts about money first, it may not be wrong, but the price of the currency continues to slumped, so I feel like that money costs very little.

Re: Leaders And Readers
by
Techkoy407
on 10/11/2022, 01:18:31 UTC
I agree, reading is a very important thing, because it will definitely get a new understanding, and a reader tends to be smart.

but reading alone is not enough, if you continue to read the book, but don't do what is stated in the book, it's not quite right in my opinion.

because good knowledge is knowledge that is practiced, it's useless to have a lot of knowledge, but not put into practice, it's not good either.

but even so, reading is indeed an important thing, and must be done.

Re: Why do people withdraw their generosity during crisis?
by
Techkoy407
on 10/11/2022, 01:10:27 UTC
You can have many people with you during your good and happy times but you'll have few friends during your hard time ,this is the hard reality of this world.  Helping others and being able to do something for someone is a blessing and every person is not blessed enough or I can say capable enough to help other. In today's world people are so mean and self centered that they dnt feel any need to help anyone in crisis.
That's natural, because they may be under tremendous pressure, especially during the current economic situation.
they must focus on finding a way out of each problem on their own.
because when the economy goes down, people will panic at first, and they will definitely focus on finding a way out.
and tend to like to ignore the people around.

I've saved some money, I don't have enough for a new car, I was thinking of borrowing from someone. But my friends talk me out of it. They say it's always a lottery. How do you think
don't push yourself too much, buy what you can now afford, don't get into debt because of it.

Re: Our children should be our first priority
by
Techkoy407
on 05/11/2022, 04:25:24 UTC
Education from parents is indeed number one, because at that time children begin to develop and absorb all existing knowledge.
parents must always be there for their children, even though they are busy working, but there must always be warm communication between children and parents.

children should be given more love, because it is important for their psychology, because children who lack love tend to be difficult to manage.

For parents, take your time for your child even in any busy situation, because actually caring for or taking care of a child is a special moment in life.

Re: Why Nigeria Runs politics of poverty
by
Techkoy407
on 05/11/2022, 04:17:01 UTC
nigeria has not been able to choose a good and qualified leader,
and the public should be aware of it, and must take firm steps for such leaders or government officials.
Look for a leader who has the following traits or characteristics:

• have the nature or create prosperity for the people or society
and be fair.
• a leader must be able to provide coolness/comfort for the people.
• leaders must be able to provide strength and enthusiasm for their subordinates.
• the leader must always be in the midst of the community so that they always know everything that is happening and the condition of the community.
• always improve the welfare of the community.
• a leader must have broad insight like the vastness of the ocean in leading his people.
• leaders must be able to inflame and inflame the spirit of the people they lead to achieve common goals.

Re: friend I want to invest short term in bitcoin and crypto. to meet their living a
by
Techkoy407
on 04/11/2022, 01:00:45 UTC
a friend of mine came to me and he asked, is it possible to invest in bitcoin and crypto for the short term,? which is to meet daily needs, and I am confused to answer because I am still a beginner in bitcoin and crypto. and I want to ask everyone about it?
if for daily it seems to be difficult, especially if the capital used is not too much, surely the level of profit is also not much.
but if you use a fairly large capital, it might be possible, but I suggest just bitcoin, not other cryptos.

Re: 5 things you should not do with your money to get rich
by
Techkoy407
on 04/11/2022, 00:55:35 UTC
the point is to know the most basic needs to ordinary needs, because many people spend money just for something they don't need themselves.
Adopt a simple and reasonable lifestyle. No need to follow the social media virus that often poisons our lifestyle. Better you live a simple lifestyle, but have a lot of assets, than most styles but continue to drain your wallet.

Re: Can One Get Rich or At least Not go Broke During a Recession?
by
Techkoy407
on 04/11/2022, 00:49:36 UTC
there are many ways that can be done to overcome the recession, one of which must have additional income, because of price spikes, it is necessary to have additional income.
always thinking calm and productive is also important, because many people are stressed during a recession, even though he still has enough money for his life needs.
it is caused by an uneasy mind, causing great anxiety and panic,
Therefore, it is necessary to think calmly in finding a solution.
