The powerful but pretty unreasonable administrative enforcement power of the United States has always hurt Americans, all the world’s exchanges have rejected Americans. Why do Americans not rise up to resist their government?

To be precise, the router will fail when the wallet is activated, so it cannot connect to the Internet. The router will recover after turning off the wallet. So, the reason may be that the router can not carry wallet synchronization traffic?

As soon as I open the wallet(SPV) sync block header, the network will automatically break within 15 seconds. What is going on? How to solve this problem? Thank you.

IBM, for its part, has been struggling in recent years to transform itself from a firm which made most of its money from IT services, software and mainframe computers to one that is based on cloud computing and artificial intelligence (AI).

And XEL may help IBM to achieve its aim Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

ZEN is a project with good idea, unfortunately it is full of stupid Socialists who cannot understand that the advanced and efficient ASCIS is the guarantee of network security in any case. They choose to escape from the problem with centralization of socialism, they choose to conspiracy and hate the great company, and they choose to an algorithm that will eventually be cracked again,so ridiculous,I wonder why they accept GPU rather than CPU,CPU is more equal, isn't it?The uncivilized socialist is so ridiculous Grin Grin Grin

The higher hashrate the more secure,so we need the ascis which can provide higher hashrate, saying, more secure system as BITCOIN.
It is a hysterical disease for fearing advanced machine, are we the uncivilized man who use pen and paper to calculate HASH? Ridiculous.

what a silly and clueless comment.

Man who fears advanced technology is a silly socialist.
Doesn't bitcoin maintain network security with ASCIS miners?ASCIS is not demon, the silly socialist is.The silly socialist weakens everything.SAD。

Where do these cupcakes come from?

He is not a cupcake. Cupcakes are pleasant. He is a fruit fly. As intellectually insignificant as he is pesky and annoying.
The silly and stupid socialists attempt to evade 51%attack by centralization fork,it's completely shameless and stupid,According to their shameful coward and the fool's logic,BITCOIN should also be fork immediately to boycott ASCIS,right?ASCIS can provide cheap and powerful hashrate to protect ZEN from 51%attack,but the stupid and shameless socialists choose to solve problems by centralization FORK  rather than market and efficiency.Where there are socialists, there are morbid state.

I've searched the last pages of this huge thread but I couldn't find any reference to Gridcoin or Boinc.

This project seems very similar to the Gridcoin which I'm currently supporting with my CPU while my GPUs are mining.
Elastic seems to be built from the bottom for what it does though, while Gridcoin was just attached to another platform which was running before the blockchain technology (16 years now to be precise).
Is there any other reason that Elastic is better than BOINC? Maybe the two of them are different in many ways and I'm just missing something?

https://talk.elasticexplorer.org/t/elastic-compared-to-other-competitors/30
"The problem with this approach is the involvement of a central authority. The distribution of Gridcoins (GRC) can be tampered arbitrarily the moment an attacker gains access to the centralized service. Also, the existence of Gridcoin depends on the existence of BOINC. If the latter service dies, so does Gridcoin unless an update is rolled out which moves the Proof-of-Research mechanism to a different service.

In Elastic, we do not have such problems: we do not rely on any other third party service and neither do we depend the payout process on any kind of external (not tamper proof) factors. Instead, the measurement of the amount of computational contribution as well as the payout process is done entirely in the protocol itself."

The Great Migration

By Tiana Laurence – CMO

We will begin migrating the Factom Genesis network to the new Factom Federation network starting tomorrow, December 31th. The system is likely to experience some slowdowns over the next few days. Paul and Mahesh are ready with the duct tape and WD40 in case the network sputters and comes to a temporary halt (a possible scenario).

We will be deploying eight federated servers and eight audit servers to the Federation network. This migration will usher in an era of censorship-resistant and global distribution.

We are really excited about this upgrade.Once complete, we can start introducing all the new features and tools.

If you are utilizing the Factom Genesis Network, it’s time to update your software. Check out our new and improved documentation. Please send any feedback or support requests to support@factom.com

Thanks for being an awesome and supportive community,

The Factom Team

Great achievement!!!

Now we ll have a bunch of people saying how Factom s better and superior to NEM, which definitely is. Please let us stay away from this discussion and let us focus on Factom related events in 2017.

Exodus and M2 re almost here.

What else?

There will be a series of new products and market development activities, including mortgage credit record on blockchain, etc. Cheesy

Yes, that is all true and great, but so far none of those news has impacted the price of Factoids, and that tells us something...

I don't worry about the price at all.If the price falls, I will continue to buy. If the price goes up, then I've made a profit.
We are holder, not trader.Traders must be smart enough, so they are very tired, they need to follow the price movement. I can understand their various positive and negative judgments,it is part of their job.
