Nope, they are not scamming people. The problem is for those who cant verify themselves. Bittrex have to protect themselves too from being used by money launderers and they have to comply with the local regulations. It's a legit business and its about money, so they have to be strict with the people they are dealing with.

Now that would be a nice statement Bittrex could do to de-escalate the situation. But the whole silence is not helping this issue.

Same problems here. Apparently there were problems with the verification/validation of the documents. Made an issue two months ago. No reply, no help, nothing. Tried to reach out on Twitter but that does not help either. A lot of others too with the same problem. Hashtag: BittrexTrouble. Issue: 361019
