Today Bitcoin reached 13k, we seem to be close to the next crypto boom cycle. 
So all we need now is to list CEN on the 2nd exchange and let Concensum appear on CMC.

Current Network Weight is about 8M.
The biggest value I noticed was about 22M.
So it's the right time for stacking.
