Bullshit they found their profit , their investors money was their profit.
1 If they where legit where did the revenue of the last year go ?
2 Why did they lie and stall for over a year.
3 where did ambercoindev go all this time.

It was never a startup it was allways a ponzi and now they are trying to recruit people from their old ponzi to their new ponzi 2.0 Maybe if u get in first u will get your money back , probably not.



I got rid of all my amber in December of 2015 when the ship started sinking faster than titanic. I had losses even back then, but at least I didn't lose it all.

F my ass. I bought shares from this company in Spring of 2015, then when I saw them nosedive in December of 2015 for no reason, I ditched the shares. I am surprised that they are still alive, and there are still people hoping that this project could take off.

Unfortunatelly you are right. It's a pity, because it's really a good idea / coin and it could've been something big...

I am impressed people are still here. I got rid of all amber when it started nose diving towards Christmas of last year. I still hope this coin has a bright future.

I really feel sorry for people who put so much energy into this coin. The idea was good and the coin had a lot of potential, but the people handling it were not too serious or open. I lost 50% of my coins today.

There is no history of this Overchuk except for Amber.
To me it seems she just made that profile for Amber starting 2014. For that matter it seems like a false profile anyway.

I am no hacker but any help would be appreciated.

The payment in BTC would only delay Amber's team to pay their dividends more.
Either they used their sales for personal profit for short term gain, or long term gain.

AmbercoinDev stated and I quote

This is wrong for many reasons
1) A shareholder small or big is paid it's dividend, small or big
2) If we are small shareholders, it's just a fraction of the profit they have to pay right?

Small shareholder has less to say - the big fishes (shareholders) decided that dividends will be postponed. If they pay dividends to small investors, thay should also pay to the big ones.
But as Mig-23 said - the dividends payment is the most important thing now.
There was promised, we will get Q3 dividends and the date of payment should be known (another promise) today. So if DEV want to be serious, he should answer our question: when dividends for those, who don't want to reinvest into shares, will be paid.

Well my friend that is the real problem here right now.
Please check the above statements/information.

They will wait till 5/1 for replies. So more delay.

If they get a lot of people to say yes give more shares
They can pay the small shareholders

If they don't get that, they will probably run away, Since they have to pay Q3 and Q4 dividens.

Because while making millions in revenue, they can't pay 70k in dividends... Poor AmberCoin LTD, poor polish/ukrain scum/scam bags.

Ukrainian. Ukraine doesn't exist as a country anymore, thanks to Poroshenko and his gang. A bunch of thieves.

List has been updated 10 min ago.
 
Usually we update it once in a several days.
But we plan to change updating interval to "Every day" in near future.

I haz a question. How often is the spreadsheet showing the shareholders updated? Me sees my Balance same as it was before the mandatory upgrade, but I has added more AmberCoins in der wallet
