Introduction

Hello all, Vidy is starting its Official Bounty Program! We are very excited to share with you all
the ways you can earn VidyCoin by taking part in the Vidy Bounty Program!

Allocation
0.5% of the total supply of VidyCoin is allocated to the Bounty Program, which means up to
50,000,000 VidyCoin will be distributed through this Bounty Program.

The Vidy Bounty Program consists of Two Parts:
The Bounty Campaign
The Bounty Lottery

90% of the 50,000,000 VidyCoin will be distributed in the Bounty Campaign, and 10% will
be used for the Bounty Lottery. Only participants that complete 5 or more bounty
campaigns will be eligible to participate in the Bounty Lottery.

The Vidy Bounty Program consists of 11 campaigns to complete to be entered into the
Bounty Lottery:

5. Linkedln
6. Steemit
7. Youtube
8. Translation & Moderation
9. Telegram
10. Vidy Memes
11. Vidy Account (Till Further Notice)

The program will run until the end of the VidyCoin ICO. The bounties will be paid within 30
days after the end of the Coin Sale.

Distribution
After the Vidy ICO is completed, the team will review all Bounty Campaigns and participants,
announcing the final reward figures for each member 15 days after completion of the ICO and
announce the winners of the Bounty Lottery on Vidy.com

Any Campaign participants who want to review their calculated rewards is welcome to submit
a final submission form which will be made available on Vidy.com along with our proposed
rewards.

All rewards will be paid 30 days after the end of the Vidy ICO.

All Bounty Program announcements and updated news will be released on our official

Vidy Telegram Supergroup
When participating in the Bounty Program, you will need to submit your Ethereum wallet
address. Please do not use any exchange wallet address (such as Coinbase/GDAX,
Bitstamp, Kraken, Bittrex, Poloniex and etc.) as you don't hold the private keys to your
wallet on an exchange. MyEtherWallet is highly recommended.
It is also very important to always keep your private keys secure by never giving them away
to an untrustworthy site or third party. The Vidy team will never ask for your private
keys.
Please review the terms of the Bounty Program before you start. Vidy Foundation reserves

10% of the total allocation to the Bounty Program will be used for a Bounty Lottery, which
means 5,000,000 VidyCoin will be distributed through the lottery.
All participants who successfully earn VidyCoin in the Bounty Campaigns from at least five
different programs (approved by the team in the tracker sheet with a wallet address) are
eligible for the lottery.

Jackpot Lottery
5 Jackpot Lottery winners will be selected from all eligible candidates to receive 200,000
VidyCoin each.
The remaining 4,000,000 VidyCoin be distributed in winnings of 50,000 VidyCoins to eligible
candidates.

Note
Every participant needs to fill out a final form to claim all of the VIDY he/she earns from the
Bounty Campaign before we distribute the VIDY tokens to the Bounty community. Participants
who fail to fill in the form before the distribution can not claim the VIDY he/she earns from the
Bounty Program. The final claim form will be updated on the website when VIDY Token Sale
ends.

Legal Notes

Participants of the VIDY Token Sale ("Referrers") are eligible to participate in this Referral
Program ("VIDY Bounty Program"). In respect of any referral submitted by the Referrer
pursuant to this VIDY Bounty Program, the Referrer warrants and confirms that:

The referred potential new token sale participant ("Referee") has given consent for their
personal data to be provided to Vidy Foundation ("Company") and to receive these
referral program marketing communications from the Company;

The Referrer shall indemnify the Company for any loss, damage or liability suffered or
incurred by the Company arising from or in relation to the VIDY Bounty Program;
and

this offer should only be sent to people with whom the Referrer have an existing
relationship with such as friends or family.
Vidy has the sole discretion to determine whether or not the criteria to qualifications for a
Bounty allocation are fulfilled (example: whether a Retweet is appropriate for a VIDY Token
Sale).

Bounty distribution may be withheld at the discretion of Vidy. The most common circumstance
would be due to the incomplete Bounty condition requirements. Additional Bounties can be
rewarded to users who are particularly active during the VIDY Token Sale campaign, in case
there are leftover VIDY from the Bounty pool.

Any disputes that may arise from the VIDY Bounty Program will be dealt in the courts of
Singapore.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for this bounty campaign, you are subject to the same regulations of the VIDY
Token Sale participation.

You are not eligible to and you shall not purchase VIDY through its token sale if you are a
citizen or resident (tax or otherwise) or any country or state where the purchase of VIDY or
similar Crypto Token may be prohibited or the token sale is deemed to be not compliant with
the applicable laws and regulations.

*Residents of People's Republic of China cannot purchase VIDY.
