Once i withdraw 8 btc from thecoins.net about 3 weeks ago.
Today i receive pm from thecoins.net, they tell that will not pay. As i understand, they will not pay anybody.
I really really think before that in bitcoin community i will see more honest. But what i see - if you lost your btc, it`s ok. If you win some (i really lost big amount before win) - you a hacker, we fixed a security problem. it`s not my problem. When i deposit and lost about 10 btc, nobody tell me: we can`t deposit, because fixed problem. WTF? Everybody can do what they want?
They just can tell - sorry, but you a hacker, no withdraw.
Proof? Do you have some proof?
Ok, if it was a problem - pay me back all my deposits from last won 8 btc, you can see in stats. Yes, pay me back all my deposits, i think it will be honest - no deposit no withdraw.

I think it is ridiculous that everyone starts screaming 'scam' without any actual evidence of people not getting paid. DanilaKor is a scamming hacker who has essentially admitted to cheating in this thread and in private messages to us and wants us to pay him out even though he cheated so that 'clients can see we pay out big winners' and that 'it will be good for us'.
You have been caught cheating at other sites. We gave you the benefit of the doubt and paid your last 8 BTC win but we found the exploit and are fixing it.
We will absolutely not pay out your hacked funds. You are encouraged to go cheat somewhere else, good luck!

Probably not a good idea IMO.
Apart from DanilaKor's issue above, there are at least 2 outstanding scam accusations against the site (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=932116.0 and https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=954606.0). Also, OP isn't active here as well.

Both of those 'accusations' have clearly been resolved - you could have at least taken the time to read through the threads.
The TX id sent by the accusing user DanilaKor https://blockchain.info/tx/b4de4d7d8a4e6336f9ca08234a013e3ec2eb9800211139a7c956ed34e4c2b57e does not actually reference the amount he mentioned? Nor did I receive those funds in our wallet. If I get some actual, legitimate evidence of a transfer to our actual wallet I can look into it - I obviously can't credit user accounts at random just because they throw out wild accusations. We have not had a single user that hasn't been paid out!

My disappearing deposit still hasn't been resolved. It was a small deposit, but still bullshit considering that I am the one that sent a proof of concept of the minesweeper exploit. Never got a reply from the admin.

there is none, probably just the same user pulling the trick to get more people to deposit there again, im not really sure someone would actually buy this game and "wait" a few days for press release

Announcing an acquisition for a business requires quite a few things to be arranged and it is very unlikely to happen in just a few days and most certainly not on a weekend - usually the directors have to decide on the best way to approach the situation and where the new business will fit in to the greater scheme of things, i.e. if it will be integrated into the existing solution or stay as a standalone operator.
If you are aware of ANY users - and I mean ANY - that have not been paid out by TheCoins.net (before - or now!) then please get them to contact us or make themselves known.
