Wallet accesses the Harddrive way more than any other coin I have ever had.. not sure what it is doing but takes a long time to update and harddrive is continually being processed for such a slow update - 1 week updates took 6ish hours and the harddrive never stopped being accessed. It is not efficient compared to other coins.. might want to have a look at that.
My wallet runs perfect and staking well, running with nine other wallets most of those staking also and there is a few others that are freezing up but not this one i am having zero issues. 81 pages of transaction history
GB wallet sucked off all my system resources. I need a pentagon computer and a lustre file system to let it chill and quietly run in the background.

Looks like somewhere before the 21st of this month I jumped on another chain.. hence why new wallet would probably not sync right (wish a message would come up and tell me!!!)... syncing now.. guess I have some re-staking to do on right chain.. hopefully all good after this.
Update: synced well... ran "repairwallet" in console and that removed the incorrect stakes.. just started staking again... so far so good.

Wallet was synced a few days ago and staked etc just fine.. upgraded to newest wallet from 2.4 to 2.4.1.. that's when it stopped syncing... that bootstrap link is way older than what I have already synced(2 days ago was my last) .... having to re-sync over a gig of data every time a wallet update happens is....so just upgrading to the newest wallet without having to do anything is not true for me at least.

New wallet is not acting right.. warnings from windows when run it... also once it starts "syncing" it goes into "not responding".. hard drive going crazy.. never does anything after that.. let it sit for over 10 minutes and nothing changed.. just hard drive running constantly - not responding and no change in synced block numbers.. have to stop the executable in task manager to shut it down. This is not normal activity for tekcoin wallet.

Seems the wallet has stopped syncing since yesterday at block 1323494. First time this has ever happened to me with this wallet v2.3.0.0

nope i think this coin/wallet is fucking up.. i can't be the only one staking??.. and i closed it down and now there has been no stake for over 50 minutes (didn't unlock to see if chain would move) stuck on 1049992 atm.. i figure coin has forked to my wallet or there is no one else staking at all... either way doesn't look right.. not acting right.. i dunno what to say.. tired of messing around.. gonna ignore for a few days and come back and see what happened after that. Update : well it looks like I was the only one staking while everyone updated.. I must have been quick on the draw.. seems to be syncing and staking and none of my stakes ended up to be bad.. I guess I just found it strange that it was just me staking for awhile..lol... sorry for any misconceptions.

The updated fastsync has made all the difference.. back on track... and saved days 
Update : It seems like I am the only one staking.. almost every block is me staking.. i will watch it for awhile.. not sure if this is a fork or I am just the only one staking atm.. looks strange. Each entry is one block apart.

This wallet is still glitched.. what have you done?.. it worked so well for months.. ffs.. i so love wasting days and days just to get a wallet to sync and stake properly.. when did this become too much to ask for... trying to re-sync again and now its still very very slow... (throws hands up in the air)! PLEASE for the love of crypto will you actually test these wallets before you push them out.. id be happy to wait weeks if it meant not having to screw around for days just to get it to sync and stake..

Seeing same behaviour...sticking at 459's and 959's.. i used the downloaded data to get ahead (still over 30 days behind) .. but this thing is syncing like a snail in a tar pit...
New version will take many days to sync at the rate its going at.. rainbow colours don't mean shit if it doesn't sync quickly..
Update: v1.3 It is going so slow it will take about a week to sync.. ridiculous.. did you even test the new version.. can't stake now...
2nd Update : v1.4 New version helped and now synced and staking.. phew... wasted 3 days on glitched update.. make sure to get newest version.
*3rd Update : v1.4 seemed like it was synced and staking.. but really I had forked and was on my own.. i had locked wallet and only the main 4 nodes then unlocked and sometime today on its own it forked off .. still forking up.. reloading and trying from fast sync (AGAIN)..sigh

After 3 days of syncing I am at 61% 
By the way I have noticed that it syncs 500 or 1000 blocks and stops for around 5 minutes.
It always stops to blocks ending at 459 and/or 959

Well that sucks.. but I get it.. ya it probably did .. i did have it unlocked before it was synced..

going to guess you had a stake mint while not synced up if so here is some info.
back up your wallet.dat for safety first.
"If your wallet did stake while out of sync there is no other option but to delete blockchain files and re-sync from the scratch.
Never stake on unsynced blockchain - wallet will go to its own fork and will be unable to sync with the network."
"Please make sure wallet is not staking while syncing. I'd suggest to encrypt the wallet and unlock it for pos only when synced, or sync with a new empty wallet."
you can use the console command to shut off staking reservebalance true 100000000 (some large number). When you choose to mint enter reservebalance false and it will stake.

Wallet today got stuck on block 882905.. won't sync past that.. something happened out there...never happened before.

Send Control does not work.. i choose entries to send and it ignores my choices and sends whatever it wants.. send control has no control... only display.

I've resolved the issue and pushed the fixes to our 'dev' branch on GitHub. The next wallet release will incorporate the change. I think we'll probably push this out as an interim fix, rather than waiting for the next scheduled release. I'll post more details once we've finished some additional testing. Just came on to see if any updates to this coin (not posting what versions are new or available etc - can't stress details enough).. also why would you want to make top rich people richer by giving them coins??.. do something constructive or do nothing at all.. think the whole idea through.. most coins fail due to lack of communication and not enough details.. ex. like what is min max stake age etc.. be professional and maybe someone with money will take you seriously. good luck all.
