GAW-SUIT update:

(TL,DR:) OH Noes!  Allen Shinner is DISAPPOINTED IN ME / US!!!!  Oh noes!

<<  GAWsuit Update: Registration Ends Nov. 21
Hello Everyone.

I have posted in Paycointalk and GetHashing that the end date to complete the registration process, on www.gawsuit.com, is the 21st of November.
From the recent announcement by BCI, that Zencloud will be terminated on November 20th, it follows that anyone who has not exported there Zencloud account CSV data, prior to Zencloud being taken down, will not be able to support their initial claims, and therefore will be dropped from the group.

As you all recall, this process was started on April 17th, 2015. The new website has now been active since September 21st, 2015 (2 months on November 21st). I have made several announcements about getting your support information in quickly, but a large percentage of you have not accomplished this in 2 months. You have not been diligently monitoring announcements. Some of you have lost hundreds of thousands of dollars, or even more. It is your responsibility to be proactively monitoring the situation concerning the lawsuit at all times.

On the 21st, I will shut down the registration page on GAWsuit.com, permanently. The law firm is in the process of finalizing their decision on litigating the case. If the law firm decides that they are taking the case as a “mass group,” and not as a class action, those of you having not completed the second part of the process will no longer be part of the lawsuit.

To be honest, I am very disappointed in many of you. I have invested an immense amount of time on your behalf, and what little was required on your part, could easily have been accomplished over a simple, short weekend. I have fielded no less than 3125 emails from people who needed help, or who had questions about how to accomplish their responsibilities in this lawsuit. Now we are approaching the final hour, and over half of you have failed to perform your small part. I accounted for at least 20% of the claims to be fraudulent or misrepresentative of fact. The system I made everyone follow was to ensure that few, if any fraudulent claims made it through to the law firm.

I have explained that there is more than the civil litigation. The FBI needed as much information about the investors as we could muster. There are two lawsuits in this operation, the civil one, and the criminal one. Those who have completed the second phase will have their information forwarded to the FBI, to assist in completing their case against GAW and its owners.

If you have not completed the final process, and wish to remain in the lawsuit group, you must complete the process at www.gawsuit.com by no later than November 21st. There will be no exceptions to this statement made for anyone who does not complete the process by that date, regardless of how much you have lost. Without Zencloud remaining active, there will be no way for you to complete your obligations after the 20th. Whether the rest of you complete the process or not, we have more than enough in the remaining group to proceed as planned.

After this date, my attention will be redirected to the law firm representing the case, once their decision is made. There will continue to be a lot of work needing accomplished, and it falls on my shoulders, as well as upon the shoulders of another, to ensure that all of the data is properly processed to support the lawsuit moving forward.

Best regards,

Allen >>

Gee Allen, did it ever occur to you that we are disappointed in YOU for turning traitor, using fake pics & working with GAW rejects on Bitcoin-Lend scam sites?
THAT is why so many have dropped out of the GAWSUIT:   WE DO NOT TRUST YOU ANYMORE

No Allen your turnout is low because many see you as a Shill who is collecting whatever evidence is out there for Garbozo, and trying to backdoor a release of liability for the same asshole. Many victims of GAW have already been deposed and submitted evidence to the FBI and SEC. I hope it is a misunderstanding, but why is there there no real records of your GAWsuit anywhere? Has your lawyer executed a single motion?

Those who are sceptics by nature, need just a little more than your "I told you that I am gonna".

Wait, so genesis mining isn't 100% confirmed legit either?

Code:
genesis-mining.com    1+2+7              => 3/7 = Probably legit.

1) No public mining address / no user selectable pool.
A cloud mining company that won't let you direct the hashrate to your pool of choosing and can't prove its actually mining bitcoins itself, is very likely a scam. There is no reason to hide mining address or not sign blocks. None!

2) No endorsement from any ASIC vendor.
ASIC vendors will gladly make a simple post to show the company in question is a significant customer of theirs. Its free advertisement for them and it helps their customer grow their business, so there is absolutely no reason they wouldn't. If a (cloud) mining company cant get any ASIC vendor to post such endorsement, you should assume they don't have any hardware to mine with.

7) No exit strategy.
If you can't sell your position, you can't get your money out. That's the ideal case for a ponzi and allows it to run for a  long time.

Hope this helps!

They have a close relationship with Spoondoolies. In fact they manage a cloudmining site for Spoondoolies. The mining address is public on their site. Really you need to be careful on the "never had a miss" thread that still lists GAW and AM Hash in the NOT A SCAM section. Come on Puppet 80% is still a good record, but a miss is a miss.

What ever happened to the baby brother?  Has he been thrown into fuck me in the ass federal prison yet?

He's hiding because he's scared. Maybe he saw Josh's soul above?

Doubt he has one

doubt this too lol.

I'm still wondering why no one went for Stuart Frazer (Uncle Stu) and the 9/11 scam...

Because the people that lost real money (the few that there are) are scumbags who know that it will be easier to con other idiots out of money then get it from Garza, and the other people involved really actually lost small amounts and it isn't worth doing anything to get it back.

The 9/11 scam was the way to get anyone done, and no one did anything. It was the easiest fraud to explain to the general public and the Uncle Stu/Cantor Fitzgerald/9/11 trifecta would have generated lots of publicity and pressure to get some sort of refund.

you're right... I hope there is some of the alphabet agencies involved and checking this case.

It is all part of the giant boulder of JAIL rolling towards Garbozo and friends. It takes time for the hammer to fall. Rest assured we will get our chance to visit Joshy Poo in the slammer.

too bad inmates can't post on the interwebs(idk maybe some can). it be frikkin awesome for homero to post here from his cell.(im thinking ahead) i think he'd kinda enjoy it in a weird sorta way.
hed probably start crowing about  how he was the king scammer and  how he  maticulously planned the most awesome crypto scheme ever and suckered in  the likes of
rich arabs  with millions to splurge  and poor greedy  peons who spent their last dime and maxxed out all their credit cards.
i know everyone here would get a charge outta that.  well i would anyway
Keep dreaming if it makes you feel better. Josh will NEVER spend a day in prison or otherwise incarcerated. But, enjoy your fantasy.

Alright Asshole I'll bet you 100BTC that Garbozo ends up behind bars. As you already owe me 100BTC, Hey Scott you down to escrow? let me know when JoSamiam666 deposits 200BTC in the wallet of your choosing. Oh and check my sig as to where to deposit my winnings. Thanks dude!

Is anyone seen BitcoinBros? Based in Berlin. The online Propaganda seems a cross between GAW and BCS.
Could this be a project Garbozo was working on while hiding in Belgium.

Can't find any connections yet I'll keep looking.

Even if Dbags dirty little fingers aren't in the pie, it looks scammy as hell.

Wow still going and STILL not listing GAW as a scam? Not even listing Bitcioncloudservices any longer. Did you lose you ass on that one and want to pretend it didn't even exist? For the effort puppet here is a free Hashlet.

Hashlet.png

Face it you're wrong about half the time. The reality is only a few legit site still exist most of the scams tanked when the BTC price dropped below $150. Only the actual operators with real hardware could weather the storm. Any of the new cloud hashing sites popping up right now are SCAM,SCAM,SCAM,SCAMMY.

Homero is such a fuck up that he probably lost half the muggle money plus spent the rest. He won't be living large ever but the gawtards will never see a cent again.

FUDD! One day Homero Garza will going to be hailed as the Steve Jobs of cryptocurrency. Just like Steve invetned the mp3 player, smartphone and tablet, Homero invented us Hashlets and PayCoin, which is so faster than bitcoin. Trolls are tryig to desroy Homero Garza and his invetnions!!! just like they tried to destroy Apple, but your going to see in the end brilliant mind (and cock) of Homero going to suceed.
Are their any moderates here for ban trolls like Bitpop?

Can anyone at all provide some actual evidence one way or the other? Is someone in London willing to go knock on their office door?
I think it may be the end, again, but how about some actual facts to mix with all this WAGing?

Can some one from BCS weigh in instead of this very incriminating silence?

does genesis mining have any connection with GAW?  lots of machines but no power, cooling or wires... Smiley

Really? No there is no connection. In fact they seem to be one of the few legit operators left in the cloud mining space.
A little research and you will see, cheap power, a partnership with a manufacturer, and a data center that is anything but a secret.
Go ahead email them and get all the evidence of the data center actually being legit, or by a plane ticket and take a tour.

Genesis is the exact opposite of GAW. They are smart enough to realize they will get rich delivering what they are selling.

seems to be an awful lot of effort trying to prove they are honest...  makes you wonder what they've got to hide... Smiley

I'm sooooo proud Garbozo finally bought some hardware! Look, lkko no really look it is the zenminer data center we all hoped for.

Yeah the purpose of this is for people to be able to invest in XPY while completely sharing in the upside verses limiting the downside to a maximum of 10 percent loss.  In this account you would need XPY to gain 5 percent to makeup the paid fee.

a good explanation for some people can be found here.  http://www.investopedia.com/terms/h/hedge.asp

These are really limited due to the fact its basically shorting XPY for the purpose of us trying to create a protection of sorts for new or current investors.  It was started as a pilot to see if this would be something someone is interested in.  So far most people are just confused.  So maybe the financial move is probably a little to confusing.  Ultimately the Goal of this program is to try to create hopefully winning situations for investors into crypto... or at minimum create limited downside propositions.

Ok, I think I get the idea but if I wanted to gamble on XPY value I would likely do better just by buying it on Cryptsy or 'trex.

Or perhaps it's just worded backwards. There should be a way to phrase it to make sense because now it sounds like a horrible deal either way.

If you buy them off cryptsy.. and the price tanks... then you loose far more then 10 percent. Thats the point of the hedge.  But i agree that im sure we could word it better.

Are you aware that this would technically class a security by holding other peoples Coins? Funds held within the system would need to also be backed and can be liable for their loss, any misappropriation of funds held within xpy.io could be subject to securities fraud.

Completely agree.  If the funds are handled inappropriately or not above board it would be unacceptable and fraudulent.  They incorporated this through Hong Kong so i don't believe its subject to US security laws.

Wouldn't it just be easier not to hold customer funds?

So that's a good question... what do you think if we made the same offer.. except you where able to take the XPY bought... and over the same amout of time at the end of it, the purchaser could bring the same amount of bought coin back and exchange it back for the principle of btc?

This is another model we are considering.  Perhaps still the same issue tho.
UUUUUUMMMMM

Have you been in Josh's coke again? If not maybe you should consider that your trying to scam pennies from dimes? Really you'll make more pouring coffee at the local starbucks, and bonus! people will actually want to see you first thing in the morning.

wait wait wait... Where is the 100% proof of me dumping coins on the exchanges?

Oh, the man himself. Can you point me to some details about the xpy.io hedgers? I don't get the part where you pay e.g. a 10% fee for a ~6% gain in 3 months.

How is transperancy being handled with xpy.io? I think the idea makes sense but in order for it to even have a hope in succeeding there needs to be transparency for it's holders, what will hurt you the most is people not knowing.

Some time ago a mod divulged to me IN CONFIDENCE the actual # of users on HASHTARD. The reality is there are 100's of sockpuppets blathering to each other. People fled on mass long ago and really you are watching a small group of scammers talk to themselves.

From the discussion about the anonymously posted Prime Controller keys it seems that when transferring a PC from one person to another there is nothing keeping the original owner from using the same key afterwards. Is this correct? Also, is it possible for the first owner to access the coins in the new address after a transfer? I am specifically wondering if this is the proof that the whole mutiny story and theft of Paycoins/Prime Controllers from Homero is bullshit.

You mean Garbozo blatantly left a back door by which he can reclaim the PC and steal all the coins even after he sells you a shiny piece of crap. Well I simply can't believe it it is not like he has done something like this before? Oh wait Haslet, Hashpoint, Hashcoin/paycoin, orion.................
