That is not one guy, the buy and sell orders are a combined amount of all users orders. Once a order is placed at the same amount it is added to the queue of all other orders at the same amount.

Ah I see, thanks for not being an asshole about it, I use a lot of different exchanges and they all do things slightly differently.

Flappycoin is at 2 satoshis because developers are really clever, I think that they are Flappycoin Jesus or something.
They are making sure that the Flappycoin game for ios and android will work well and not be a fuckup. They are making sure it integrates well and are waiting for block 100k to properly integrate .This coin has been steadily growing for a month.
