If 10% cash back is only from house edge then they should clearly mention in that promotion image page otherwise many gamblers start playing without reading the terms by thinking that 10% cashback on their actual losses but 10% house edge will be quite less compared to 10% actual losses.
Why hasn't this been answered!? It's so hard to find a place to gamble these days with good support let alone support that even replies.

This sound really nice and the one who are afraid of depositing in FJ might change their mind because 2x is nothing if the one who is depositing is true gambler. FJ is not a mixing platform or wallet where you can store and send bitcoin for free.
I gamble more in a day than you do in a lifetime. Like I said above a "true gambler" doesn't want to keep playing when the slots are dry after a big win. Thats how you lose you winnings. you need to cashout asap. if this casino won't allow that. then they are losing one of their biggest players.
If the problem is sending fees. I don't mind paying. a rule where if you withdrawal before 2x wagering deposit you must pay the bitcoin fee. I am fine with that. But I don't ever want to be forced to gamble when I want to stop.

Most of my biggest wins were at this casino. I have never heard of the rule. Normally I deposit big and bet big and have never had a issue with a withdrawal. But if the rule isn't completely removed. I won't be coming back. I want to deposit and let feel guide my play not some rule the casino imposes on me. If I can't do that then I'm not interested gambling with you.Sometimes I hit a big win in a few spins. I don't want to be forced to keep playing when the slots are dry.

I lost before making the bonus payout. is it possible to change the bonus to pay out on deposit or in smaller segments instead of a huge lump at the end (if you make it) I am looking forward to video poker and slot games when you add them. Until then fortunejack and bitstarz have my business.

Hey PharaohUB, this is actually the expected behavior on the site. When a user enters a bet we try to minimize the percentage that we have to reject their request. We have a couple checks on each bet request to ensure that we can responsibly accept it. If the user is requesting odds better than the current odds then that triggers a red flag.
We've actually been recently working on a new step to minimize the amount of time that this flag is hit. We've built an auto-refresher that will update the odds every minute without refreshing the whole page. We've been testing it in the live section (you can see it during games), and are planning to move it into the main section soon.
Let me start off by saying I think you're doing a great job running bitbook and your customer support seems very good.
This odds change situation is very bothersome. To me, it is a dishonest business practice. I understand you trying to justify it as avoiding the inconvenience of rejecting a bet and forcing a refresh, but I think I speak for the majority when I say I'd rather refresh and get better odds. Taking an edge when it is in your favor and rejecting it when it is not, unbeknownst to the user, isn't much different from secretly stealing funds.
You seem like you care a lot about customer service and you are running the site with financial responsibility, which is great to see. In this industry, gaining the trust and confidence of your customers is paramount. I hope you will be open-minded on this issue and see that 100% transparency and a fair set of rules are extremely important. This is not meant to be a personal attack or bitbook bashing. I just want to bring this issue to light further because I feel it is so important.

As you've mentioned, our system was set up so that each time a wager is placed it checks "can this be accepted". If no red flags are hit, then it is accepted. This is what happens the vast majority of the time, and we have worked to keep this percentage high. We can see where you are coming from, and we will look further into this in the coming week. As you may have noticed we have added automatic refreshing of the odds every minute, to help keep users with current odds, even if their browser is open for a long time. We have found that this has helped minimize occurrences of users requesting old odds, but we can discuss a more explicit check for this situation.
