I knew you would say that. As a matter of fact once funds are in you paypal account you can transfer them to a second account or "buy things" as you say within minutes. All you need is a withholding of some minutes not one day.
1 day hold time will not prevent chargebacks one bit so I think this is just to give you time to "cash out" the paypal.
You are right, nothing prevents a chargeback. The idea is not to prevent it but to know how to fight it back an win it.

That's only partially true. American Express accepts chargebacks for 1 full year so if your buyer paid you with AMEX you could feel the pain for a longer period of time.
I think that instead of trying to trade here I will sell consulting services to people that have been scammed via PP reversals.
If you remove your holding time I will buy some BTC off you.
Unfortunately that withholding period is a key component of the chargeback protection scheme.
You can try virwox.com i use that service when i want to change paypal to btc, the problem are the fees, but they make it posible.
What would you say is virwox.com overall fee for that trade? BTC -> PayPal

From what I've read, this is really risky for you. Paypal can be charged back for like 180 days.
I know how to manage that risk.
As in the subject I am looking to purchase PayPal credit paying in BTC or maybe other payment processors like Skrill or Neteller.
My general conditions:
Minimum per trade: 150 USD
Price: Bitstamp
My fees for taking the chargeback risk and cashing you out of PayPal start at 20% going down for bigger volumes.
1 working day withholding.
Escrow accepted at buyers expense either via Tomatocage or ther reputable escrow.
PM if interested. I log in once maybe twice a day so please do not expect instant answers.
